We always like staying in nh hotels as they tend to be in a good position and good value for money. No problem with our two dogs either. Cannot find any criticsm and Santander is great. Very chic people.

The hotel is centrally located so convenient for restaurants and shops. Also it is a short walk from the waterside. Unfortunately we were allocated a room which looked onto the car park so blinds had to be kept down in order to have any privacy. At one point we had people getting into their car directly outside our window. This meant we had no natural light in the room which was rather disappointing!

This hotel was most convenient as a stopover for arriving/departing ferry passengers especially with city centre parking. Breakfast, the only meal available in the hotel, was good with plenty of choices. The room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic roomy shower, just what is needed after a long drive. The hotel offers secure parking - this is a complete nightmare if driving anything bigger than a mini. Very narrow entry, at least a twenty- two point turn just to get into one of only eight parking spaces.

I liked the location of the hotel, the rooms and car parking facilties, also the food was very nice, the staff were also very polite and helpfull, my checkout was done without delays in a very proffessional manor,the bill was expalined and the charges

Good location. Convenient for the seafront and town centre. Rather cramped room and bathroom. Very dissapointed that there was no restaurant. We had to go out to find a restaurant for dinner. We didn't take breakfast but it seemed to be a rather poor buffet in the reception.This Hotel is far too expensive for what is on offer.

просторный номер. имеется ванная. можно заказывть завтрак в номер, так же как и различные закуски вечером. персонал приветливый, готовый всегда помочь. отдыхла в конце апреля. кондиционер рботал только в холодном режиме, поэтому дже при выставленной температуре в +30, в номере было холодно. немного шумно. но это проблема испании, везде тонкие стены. в номере 114 очень скрипела дверь. каждый раз открывая её, я боялась разбудить всю гостиницу.

Buena ubicación, habitación confortable y muy buen desayuno. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación, aún con la calefacción apagada y el parking es un poco caro para lo incómodo que era.

Su ubicacion, ya lo conocia de antes, esta vez no he podido ir pero los amigos con los que iba les ha encantado, si hay algo que mejorar por decir algo es el desayuno, no hay nada caliente. Lo dicho el desayuno un poco mas variado y algo caliente ademas del cafe y colacao.

Está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son compactas, pedí una cama de matrimonio y me dieron una doble y en las habitaciones una vez dentro se escucha todo lo que pasa en las otras.
