In the historic center of Zaragoza, this hotel offers rooms with marble floors and views of the River Ebro or the Basilica del Pilar, which is a 5-minute walk away. The air conditioned rooms at the NH Ciudad de Zaragoza offer a pillow menu and have satellite TV. Rooms are spacious and decorated in warm colors. The Ciudad de Zaragoza restaurant serves fresh market produce and is open from Monday to Saturday. A buffet breakfast is available and there is a cafe-bar and lounge. Lo resolutivo que son sus empleados. Su ubicacion, casi perfecta. Creo, que el servicio de internet, debe ser, a estas alturas de siglo, una gentileza del hotel y no cobrar por el servicio, y menos las tarifas desorbitadas. He estado en hoteles de menos categoria que el nh de Zaragoza, y he tenido servicio de internet gratuito. Puede resultar una obviedad, pero llegar a un lugar, donde puedes acceder a internet, y mas del 80% de los clientes lo hace con portatiles, tablets y telefonos de ultima generación, hace que el cliente empiece a ver el hotel de manera diferente.

De paso entre Benicassim y Santander, con vehiculo privado,mayores en familia. NH bien ubicado, y buena relacion calidad/precio. Posible actualizacion de sus instalaciones, cuando el Ayuntamiento termine las obras urbanas que esta realizando en la zona.

Las instalaciones son buenas y la presencia del hotel también, y la persona de recepción es muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena al lado del Pilar. Le hace falta un cambio de colchones, son antiguos y se le notan los muelles por lo que no son muy confortables. Ahora están en obras alrededor y no es fácil acceder al hotel a no ser que vayas derecho al parking (que son 15 euros)

Fundalmente la ubicación. Nuestra habitación en una quinta planta tenía vistas sobre la muralla, la plaza del Pilar, la Seo y el río Ebro. Era amplia y silenciosa. Estupenda para pasar el fin de semana.

No he podido apreciarlo por el poco tiempo que he estado dentro del hotel, no he utilizado todos los servicios de que dispone,por otro lado, esta toda la calle levantada por obras de infraestructuras municipales que, de alguna forma, te condiciona a la hora de evaluarlo, pero no descarto volver a hospedarme en este hotel.

El parking es muy caro, más aún teniendo aparcamientos gratuitos al otro lado del puente, junto al que se encuentra el hotel. Deberían ser conscientes de esto y poner unas tarifas un poco más arregladas para que a los turistas no les importe pagar y dejar en coche en sus instalaciones. Se oye mucho el ruido de la calle, coches, sirenas...

cerquisima del Pilar, facilidad de acceso / salida de la ciudad, personal super amable, restaurante con menú del día para comidas y cena entrada al parking un poco estrecha (quizás porque la calle está en obras), el restaurante cierra a las 23 pm y no tienes posiblidad de conseguir comida después de esa hora
