Winderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable with easy access to the airport. No complaints about the hotel, but the taxi to the airport is a little pricey - 20 to 25 euros.

The staff were nice and the lobby spacious and comfortable. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Beds totally uncomfortable. Short staffed - they were trying to multi-task as there was only the desk clerk and one lady for the restaurant.

Hotel well situated for Ryanair airport which was why we were staying at the hotel. Warm, comfortable modern, rooms well appointed. tooilet and shower facilities very good. Hotel staff excellent friendly and obliging. Would stay again Only that the restaurant wasnt open when we stayed but the excellent front desk girl arranged a meal from the kitchen upstairs. |it was very nice too.

Receptie personeel. Ontbijtvoorzieningen De inrichtingen van NH -Hotels zijn dringend aan een "opfrissing" toe. Zowel in Reus als in Barcelona.(De laatst bezoichte) Maar dit geldt ook voor andere vestigingen, vb Madrid NH National en NH Sur ( bij Attocha)

La proximidad con el domicilio al que debía acudir. Recomiendo evitar este hotel; mis motivos son principalmente que el colchón que no me ofreció las condiciones mínimas de confort para lograr un buen descanso, era antiguo se sentían los muelles. Por otra parte que nos dispone de restaurantes alrededor con lo que me vi obligado a cenar en el hotel y ajustarme a la pequeña carta y en algunos casos a las mezquinas raciones. Por ultimo la mañana siguiente intenté desayunar con un café americano que alegremente fue interpretado y cobrado por la camarera como 2 cafés.

En general está bien, la ubicación es buena, no es pleno centro pero está muy cerca a pie. Además el Carrefour está justo al lado. La limpieza no es su fuerte, sobretodo el baño. Y la cama muy incómoda, era con ruedas y no tenía freno.
