The hotel is in a very good place (very close to the old town and the main square and close to the train station). Staff were speaking perfect English. Room was very comfortable. The place is a really good value-for-money option. A small minus is that you may use wi-fi only in the lobby of the hotel.

El excelente trato, silencio y la limpieza de la habitación. La dificultad en llegar en coche por la mala o nula indicación de ubicación del garaje y del hotel a la entrada de la ciudad o ya dentro de ella.

La ubicación es bastante buena. El trato del personal muy agradable En la información, podías pedir habitaciones para fumadores, como es mi caso, de hecho, la habitación debia ser para fumadores y la confirmación que me dieron Vds. Así fue. Y mi sorpresa mayúscula fue, que no habia habitacion de fumador y si quería que fuese así, debería pagar una habitacion doble. Dije que no, y me dieron la 307. No deberían ofrecer algo que no tienen.

Accueil très agréable. Le personnel très serviable. Situation de l'hôtel parfait pour deux "abuealas" en voyage culturel, intéressées à l'art roman. La ville de Vic aussi nous a beaucoup plu.

Bulundugu bölgenin sakin ve güvenli bir bölge olması Şehire (Barselona) çok uzak. tren ile ulaşım 1,5 saat. saat22:00 den sonra hiçbir yere ulaşım yok. Çevrede hayvancılık yapıldıgı için tüm şehir kokuyor...!

Lo que me agrado fue el servicio impecable de las chicas que estaban en la recepción, nos que damos del 17 al 18 de septiembre para el festival del Mercado de la musica, desde que llegamos nos proporcionaron eficacia cuando pedimos almohadas, y al regresar a la habitación después de nuestra cena a las 10:30 de la noche,pedimos una botella de vino y hielo tambien y la misma chica nos asistió, ya que el restaurante estaba lleno (ni siquiera tomo mas de 15 min.) Verdaderamente la gente en Vic es genial Bravo!

La comida del restaurante es buenisima, el precio me gustó menos...Está en todo el centro y se dispone de parkin 24 horas. El baño completo... En general muy bien Las camas pequeñas... Y se oyen las habitaciones de al lado

La ubicación del Hotel y el trato en recepción. El baño no estaba del todo limpio, eramos una pareja y el set de baño era solo para una persona... encima olia mal, no tenia perfume ni el gel ni el champú, vi un bichejo salir del baño, la mampara del baño estaba rota y se salia todo el agua x debajo, la antena de la televisión la tubimos que poner nosotros bien ya que se veia la televisión muy mal, la almohada tenia como mucho 1 cm de grosor, dormimos fatal... y la puerta que separa el baño de la habitación tenia la madera rota por varios sitios.

El gran punto a favor es la situación en el centro de la ciudad, a escasos metros del casco antiguo y en una zona tranquila. Lo elejimos por este motivo y por ser un nh, pero este último ha sido una gran decepción. Parece mentira que en nuestros tiempos modernos y en un hotel de la cadena nh aún hay habitaciones individuales, pequeñas, estrechas y con cama de 90cm! Y que no te ofrecen amablemente un upgrade cuando tienen el hotel medio vacío y quieres una habitación de fumador. Que el personal es inexperto, carece de amable sonrisa y ni sabe que el propio retaurante tiene estrella Michelín. Que quieres desayunar a las 7:30 h de la mañana pero no puedes porque la chiquilla de turno se ha dormido. Es un hotelito de "quiero y no puedo", con pretensiones de diseño y categoria que no cumple ni de lejos y un precio realmente excesivo por lo que es.
