Excellent city location at a reasonable price. Many bars and restaurants especially in the old town within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Reasonably priced parking also very close by also had a mini bar. Excellent value for money

Excellent central location. Very nice clean & comfortable room.

Stayed 19 nights last year, and 17 nights this. Had a great time in alicante the hotel has a great location near old town. Only short walk to beach. Hotel very clean and breakfast superb what more can I say great value worth every penny.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Alicante, 10 minutes walk from the seafront and less than 5 mins from an airport bus stop and the underground stop for the tram to Benidorm. Our room was a good size for a city centre hotel with a shower and bath(very welcome in temperatures of 30 degrees plus),air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. We experienced no noise in the hotel which was full. The Spanish buffet was excellent, particularly as we had only paid 195 euros for 3 nights - remarkable value! The staff were very pleasant and efficient. All in all a perfect choice for exploring Alicante and surrounds.

The location was central. The breakfast (9 euros extra charge) was excellent. Safety box in room.

Limited use of internet. No drinking water in the room, mini bar fridge did not work. Only one piece of soap allowed per room.

Excellent facilities (bidet in the bathroom, great material interior), tasty design, cleanliness, responsible and hardworking charladies, good location, very well balanced air-conditioning, price, staff reliability and honesty.

Although I am a very demanding, exigent customer, I could find nothing to complain about. What a great hotel!

The rapport quality price is good

I liked the confort of the hotel, but the personnel have no qualification no english and they don't know nothing about information of the city.Whe I came I ask on place where I can change money and they didn't know?,, The day after I ask a place for buy some product and food and the same??? They don't know????they was really not helpful, the staff of hotel specialy in a tourist city like this should know everythink in the area.Im superviseur in hotel restaurant 4 stars in the center of london so I know that its very important and a big part of the job to have knowledge about the ciy!!! Thanks

Our room had a name and it was "Gordo" which translates in English as "fat", I found that weird and kinda funny. The room, the bed, the bath - everything was great. Very friendly staff. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was not so perfect but Alicante is pretty small so that wasn't too much of a problem.

Good location for all types of commerce plus nearness to bus station, sea and places to eat. Exceptionally helpful staff. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Charge for using bottled water in mini fridge was very expensive. Charge for using the computer was also very expensive, compared to other hotels.
