The staff are very friendly and our room was everything we requested several clubs on the same street as the hotel and it was very load when they all closed and quite alot of people lying in the street drunk

Excellent city location at a reasonable price. Many bars and restaurants especially in the old town within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Reasonably priced parking also very close by also had a mini bar. Excellent value for money rooms a bit small but reflected in the nighly charge

Stayed 19 nights last year, and 17 nights this. Had a great time in alicante the hotel has a great location near old town. Only short walk to beach. Hotel very clean and breakfast superb what more can I say great value worth every penny.

Great staff very helpful, great price with good breakfastand great location very clean 10 out of 10 would stay again . already looking to book for my golden wedding anniversary with all the family next year. Only downside our room 206 had a large piller holding up the hotel in the middle of the room,

The hotel is situated in the centre of Alicante, 10 minutes walk from the seafront and less than 5 mins from an airport bus stop and the underground stop for the tram to Benidorm. Our room was a good size for a city centre hotel with a shower and bath(very welcome in temperatures of 30 degrees plus),air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. We experienced no noise in the hotel which was full. The Spanish buffet was excellent, particularly as we had only paid 195 euros for 3 nights - remarkable value! The staff were very pleasant and efficient. All in all a perfect choice for exploring Alicante and surrounds.

Location was fantastic for exploring the city, parking only a couple of streets away (you have to pay, but you are in the city centre). Beautiful city, both old and new, shopping excellent as was the free museums. Plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes.

The location was central. The breakfast (9 euros extra charge) was excellent. Safety box in room. Limited use of internet. No drinking water in the room, mini bar fridge did not work. Only one piece of soap allowed per room.

Excellent facilities (bidet in the bathroom, great material interior), tasty design, cleanliness, responsible and hardworking charladies, good location, very well balanced air-conditioning, price, staff reliability and honesty. Although I am a very demanding, exigent customer, I could find nothing to complain about. What a great hotel!

The rapport quality price is good I liked the confort of the hotel, but the personnel have no qualification no english and they don't know nothing about information of the city.Whe I came I ask on place where I can change money and they didn't know?,, The day after I ask a place for buy some product and food and the same??? They don't know????they was really not helpful, the staff of hotel specialy in a tourist city like this should know everythink in the area.Im superviseur in hotel restaurant 4 stars in the center of london so I know that its very important and a big part of the job to have knowledge about the ciy!!! Thanks

It was clean and comfortable but basic It does not have a car park or even a place to pull in to drop your case's off, you have to carry them from the public car park aprox 500yds (if you can find a space).

The room was excellent!!! Air condition was working perfect, bathroom and room perfect, safe, minibar, tv. Very comfortable beds and pillows :) Quiet in the night!!! centre and beach around 10min walk. 5min away we found latvian (Baltic) restaurant with great food :) Confusing location. Difficult to see hotel name when you're walk on the street.

The outside looks not that appealing, but once inside, surpringly good value for money. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and 10 min walk to beach. Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet at pleasant restaurant.

An excellent, well-run hotel in an enviable location with very obliging staff. The airport shuttle bus stop is within five minutes walk, as is the Rambla. Although my single room was on the small size, it was clean, comfortable, had a high-quality bathroom and was very good value for money.
