The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bedroom was a good size and clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was also a good size, clean, with a very good shower. Maybe a sign is needed at the top of the road, showing where the hotel is located.

Room was rather big, hotel's parking has 2 levels, rooms are comfortable with big beds, bathroom was equipped with shampoo and all the rest, location is in 15 minutes to the center by foot Rooms need some renovation, no heater in the room (early spring was a bit cold outside) but there is a climate control in the room

Good location for the Guggenheim. Bit of a walk (but easy) to the old quarter. A fairly basic but satisfactory stopover. Not the Duesto's fault but the whole town seems to close about 9pm...even the bars.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Secure parking. Easy 20 minute walk along the riverside into the old town or for shopping/sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at NH Deusto was perfect. Staff was very helpfull and willing to solve our problems (we had many due to change of time of flights after the reservation). The room was large and very confortable. Breakfast was very very very good! I strongly raccomend this hotel!

It's location, 10mins walk to the guggenheim Museum! The room smelt like smoking despite my preference for non-smoking. There was some air conditioning buzz during the whole night.

1)Location (close to family, easy walking distance shops, restaurants, city centre, public transport. 2)Spacious room with ample hanging and shelving space great for longer stay. Very comfortable beds, excellent bathroom. Situated away from street per our request for quiet. Personal air-conditioning/heating control worked well. 3)Friendly, helpful reception staff with good English and 24hr availability. 4)Very good standard of daily housekeeping.

It had parking for hotel guests. It was close to all the things we were interested in and it was in a safe area of the city. Breakfast was good. Only one elevator can be used to go to the garage. No matter what, you had to go up or down steps when getting to the lobby from the rooms. Would not be able to recommend to elderly or handicapped persons because of this.

It is convenient for the Guggenheim and west/central Bilbao. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are clean, up-to-date and well appointed, eg. shower and bath. The glass panel for the shower is hazardous; it does not afford much space to pass by once you stand in the bath. It ought to open outwards. The bathroom is not air-conditioned.
