Very nice hotel with friendly staff, we arrived very early and asked staff to keep our bags until we checked in later, but our room was ready and they let us check in at 11am. Brilliant location on a quiet narrow street nestled between La Rambla and Portal de l'Angel just off Plaza Catalunya, 2 minutes from hop on/off and aerobus stops on the square. We booked a superior room which was quite large, with mini bar, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, tv and tea and coffee facilities (no milk just sachets of thick gloopy condensed milk, and mostly herbal teas). We only had breakfast on 1 day as it was expensive but there was a very good choice of food on offer. The bed was very large and comfortable and the aircon was great as it was 27c at midnight! We would definately stay here again but will take our own tea and coffee. Expensive breakfast and the tea/coffee in the room.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was smart and clean and the room was spotless with amazingly comfortable beds and a fantastic choice of free toileteries including toothbrushes and toothpaste, razors and shaving cream. Didn't use the mini bar but drinks and snacks were very reasonable and of course having a fridge in the room was great too. We asked for a quiet room and thats what we got. The best night sleep I've had in a long time.

Nice Hotel, very convinient, local market, super market, very near. But if you have time, you could book a hotel with kithen, cook the seafood. If have Wifi in the room, will be better.

The location of the hotel; the employee attention and helpfullness; the price, and I had stayed at nh hotels previously and I was very satisfied with the hotels and the services provided. I could not find a facility on the hotel website to book breakfast in advance as part of the overall hotel package.

It was a very pleasant two night stay. We greatly enjoyed the location in the center of the old city near the Cathedral, but the hotel was very hard to find, because the name of the hotel and the street names had been changed. Once we got to the hotel, we were very happy with the quiet atmosphere inside and outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Convenient location Nice room There was a nice buffet breakfast which was expensive and didin't open until 8:00 on Saturday which didn't give us much time to take full advantage of it before our early departure. A large group was waiting outside the dining room door before 8:00 anxious to get in. Breakfast should be offred at 7:00 EVERY morning, not just weekdays!

Excellent location with easy access to sights, restaurants etc. Very comfortable, quiet hotel, very good value for money The only small niggle was that there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room. These were supposed to be available in the lobby before breakfast but weren't, although they were available later in the day. However they were not free. You could get coffee in the breakfast room and take it back to your room if necessary

In the center of shopping and dining. Rooms were very clean , but small. Nice interior, bathroom and breakfast area. They sevrve a very nice breakfast with a variety of dishes to please everyone. The beds are very hard.

Location 5 mins to the rambla. Room quiet and very clean. Safe area and very central to sights, shops and restaurants. Staff efficient. Would recommend. Breakfast too expensive. Staff had a cold, unfriendly manner.
