Honestly speaking the internet connection was only ava in the lobby which I think Is not fair for such a hotel but overall is good to stay

Great hotel, very clean, spacious and cozy rooms.

NH-EB was a good business hotel. The rooms are so wide and business table is so suitable, also I liked bathroom.

I had 5 telephone calls to my home, the total duration is about 20 minutes but they charged me about 60 euros, which is totally unacceptable. Also to use Internet for a day is about 10 euros, which is the most expensive Internet usage around the Europe. And at last in order to watch your national TV channel you need to pay money too which is ridiculous. May be it is a habbit in Europe, but I am not used to pay about 100 euros more for watching news in my language, accessing Internet and making 20 minutes international calls. Those are all almost free at Turkish Hotels.

This hotel should not offer room service as it is unable to deliver on it. I ordered room service one evening and had it brought to my room one hour later and it was actually not what I had ordered: the salad was incorect and so was the juice (supposedly natural but I was served something else because natural wasnt available, yet the person who took my order did not advice me of such nor called me to let me know it wasn't available). The room was quite cold with the heaitng not working. The door did not lock which is a concern for a woman business traveller like myself. I was going to make this hotel my regular weekly hotel for my trips to Madrid but changed my mind.

Everything. I must highlight that the recepcionist Nuno Dias was like a menthor to us in the city and helped our stay in an imensurable way. The Hotel get all the compliments I have due to his excelent staff.

The location

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and also the staff - they were very supportive of any questions and needs. The food also was excellent at breakfast and in the cafe.

I didn't like the fact that the additional services E.G. spa etc, were charged for in addition to the room. I have not come across this before and it meant that I did not participate in all of the facilities that the hotel offered.

Lots of hidden charges not clear on site price description! Spa/gym/pool is pay - I didn't see it on the site description if it's even there, but 10 euros for the gym and 21 for the pool was an annoying surprise. Then they also tell me they have no iron in the building for guests - impossible to get a shirt ironed if you're a business person arriving in the evening. Otherwise if you leave laundy in morning you get a shirt back the next day (not same day). Only option is to pay 50% surcharge to get a shirt ironed ready for next day That's about 15 euros for a 10 minute unskilled effort. Add in pay for wifi and you hotel bill becomes quite different than the list price.

Clean, comfortable rooms, large room, (eventually) a quiet room -- although it took some work to get one.

The location is terrible if you want to see Madrid, go to museums, find good restaurants. Staff was surly and rude They tried unremittingly to upgrade our room to something more expensiveon check-in -- and did the same with my many colleagues attending the same conference. Wi-fi is very expensive (eery other hotel in Spain I looked at offers free wi-fi in rooms Rooms on lower floors very very noisy There are no irons in the rooms, and none to be had in the hotel -this is a disaster for a woman business traveller --especially during very hot weather. They will send out things to be ironed at very high prices

Bra service men bäst var att hotellet låg nära San bernabeu.

La ubicación en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid, las vistas desde sus habitaciones más altas, la amplitud de las mismas (30 metros cuadrados) y por supuesto, el spa Elysium, para mí de los mejores de Madrid con diferencia.

Hay mobiliario de las habitaciones que está muy anticuado y deberían de ir pensando en renovarlo. El diseño interior no está a la altura del gran hotel que es.
