NH Santander Parayas is a short drive from Parayas Airport and has easy access to highways A8 and A67. It is in a quiet business park, surrounded by gardens. The hotel is 220 yards from a large commercial area. Here there are shops such as El Corte Inglés and Carrefour. There is free public parking by the hotel. Santander city center is only 2 miles away. It was extremely convenient to the Portsmouth ferry terminal and for getting to the south of Spain. Very clean and very efficient friendly check-in. Definetely recommend it. Minor quibble is lack of cafe facilities.

Well located for Santander Port and reasonably so for the town. Room suitable for purpose. Staff friendly and helpful. Corridors not very clean. Would have preferred to have bar rather than 'mini-bar' in reception.

Great place and location good staff. The only problem was an infestation of ants in the bathroom. A bit strange as we were located on the first floor. I am sure that this was a one off as the rest of hotel was spotless.

Friendly helpful staff; good sized well appointed rooms and showers, comfortable beds.Convenient for ferry terminal. Nearby Restaurant Gelin was recommended, excellent food, friendly and efficient service.. Where to eat on Sunday evenings, nowhere near apparently.

We Found The Hotel To Be Very Comfortable Staff Are Helpful and It Was a Pleasure To Stay! I Found The Directions To Be Pretty Useless As It Is Not On Ave Parayas But Two Streets Back From Ave Parayas But It Is Visible In Day Light

The Hotel served our purpose which was an overnight stay before catching the Ferry to UK, the staff were friendly and helpfull. Good value for the room rate. The Room was supposed to be no smoking but had a strong smell of being smoked in. Breakfast was overpriced at 11 euro per person for not much choice. Wi Fi expensive also.

Modern, clean hotel convenient to ferry and motorway for travelling, would benefit from a bar and restaurant for the evening as there is nowhere to eat within walking distance. We felt the 12 euro charge for the dog was expensive,would use again.

It was an overnight stay following our arrival from UK by ferry. The next day we traveled back home to Costa Blanca. However for our short stay we found the facilities excellent and well recommended to others. Will try and use the hotel again if in the area.

La empleada de recepción no estuvo muy correcta. Con nosotros si estuvo correcta, pero me refiero a que a la hora del "check out" estaban llegando los invitados a una boda que querían registrarse y nosotros nos pusimos a la cola para pagar la habitación. Sólo había una pareja delante y luego llego otra después de nosotros. Cuando ya nos tocaba, nos saltó para atender a los que habían llegado después. Se lo indicamos, pero nos dijo que sólo si los señores que estaban detrás nos daban permiso podía atendernos a nosotros. Que venían a la boda todos juntos. Realmente, era nuestro turno y teníamos algo de prisa porque íbamos de paso hacia otro sitio. No quise discutir, pero desde luego, se equivocó. En cambio el chico que nos atendió por la noche al llegar fue muy amable y atento.

La habitación y el baño están bastante bien, tiene un aparcamiento propio. Esta al lado de un centro comercial. Se encuentra en un polígono a 10 min de Santander y al lado de una fabrica que trabaja 24 horas al día 365 días al año y hace bastante ruido. También está cerca del aeropuerto aunque por la noche no hay tráfico aéreo.
