Hotel and Room Decor; Localization (the hotel is located in a quite area and is close to everything - restaurants, metro station, train station); Friendly staff; It was a good choice. We made a reservation for a non-smoking room, but we were in a smoking room with a strong smell of tobacco. It was an upset situation because everything smelled of tobacco (the headboard, the blanket,...).

Clean hotel and good location. - Lack of parking facility, had to park at another NH hotel 3 blocks away. And WiFi was only available for free in the lobby and each log in was good for 30 minutes only so you had to keep asking for user name and password.

Good breakfast with variety of choice, good personel. Room was clean and airco was working properly. Location to metro is good, 5-10 minutes walking distance. Close to hotel there is a big shopping mall in case you are bored in city center. Parking was not in the same building & still we have to pay full parking charge.Despite mentioned parking facility, we had to park in nh Numancia, 10 min walk from nh Forum. Then on the check put day, we have to pick up the car first to upload baggage. We think nh Hotel should take out"parking facility"or explain "location of parking is in different nh branch hotel which is 10 min walk". When you stay on 5th floor and rains, probably you will hear a lot of water going through the pipe above your room, that was a bit annoying in the evening when you try to sleep.

Me ha gustado el confort que brinda el hotel. Y sobretodo la relación precio calidad. Está cerca de la estación de tren. Quizá para tener en cuenta es que está muy alejado de toda la zona de las ramblas, plaza de Catalunia, etc Y eso hace que uno no pueda volver al hotel a dejar algo o descansar un rato. Nosotros nos íbamos a las 10 de la mañana y volvíamos 10 de la noche. Volver nos hacía perder mucho tiempo.El metro está a 6 cuadras del hotel. Está cerca de la estación de tren.

La ubicacion para ir al Camp Nou No nos permitieron la entrada a la habitacion hasta las 16:30, algo abusivo. El wi-fi en las habitaciones es de pago, ridiculo teniendo en cuenta la categoria del hotel

En general sí, pero la televisión y su mando no ofrecían suficiente información, una toalla estaba desgastada y rota y el wifi era de pago, sin informar previamente de su exacto coste.

Encontrar un hotel a buen precio en Barcelona no es fácil y este cumple ese objetivo. La ubicación, zona tranquila, pero muy accesible al centro. Hay que caminar un poquito para llegar al metro pero no más de 10 minutos. Teniendo en cuenta que es Barcelona, es un tiempo razonable.

Posizione buona, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, abbastanza vicina a metro e stazione dei treni. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, camere pulite. La colazione (12 €) non era inclusa ma nelle vicinanze ci sono bar e panetterie. Con € 2,50 risolvi il problema del desayuno. Il primo giorno nella camera c'era puzza di fumo ma noi l'avevamo richiesta per non fumatori. Il secondo invece ci ha accolti con un lieve odorino di fogna ma dai commenti di altri turisti sapevamo che è un problema di molti hotel di Barcellona. Il terzo giorno era tutto perfetto.. Ma dovevamo partire.
