Good, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find. The restaurant didn't open until 9pm in the evenings.

We have stayed here many times and like it a lot, it is in a great location for the town. We were surprised that a charge was made for internet use in the room - no other hotel on our trip did this. The car park charge is very steep.

Enjoyable stay at nicely presented hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're visiting the Rioja region and want to stay in its capital then this hotel is a good choice. Not an issue with the hotel. Logroño itself is a small town perhaps made slightly disappointing having just come from Barçelona. however, very good tapas bars, wonderful artesanal ice-cream shop and came away with some beautiful wine.

Very good location, big size room and bathroom, private or public parking nearby A little problem with the payment by credit card (mastercard!!) that I had to solve as the receptionist was keeping saying that it must be a problem from my bank as she had had many other costumers paying before me that morning. Finally, after she asked me a couple of personal questions about my bank account, I had first to call my bank in Italy with my personal mobile phone to check everything was right, than I had to go to a cash machine out of the hotel to get money and....IT Worked!!!!! The problem was the line, so it wasn't because I didn't have enough money on my account!!!! Then the receptionist was kind with me and tried to rise up the situation, but at that point I was quiet disappointed....

Failities and greneral impresssions on arriving were trulyexcedllent, and trhe same applied tom the bedrookd. Staff weree extreeme.y helpful. Menus in English were a bitg srange, butr when we pointed this out to the wait ress , she was as surprised a s ntone.;

Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr schön und auch das Frühstücksbüffett war ausreichend. Die Lager des Hotels war super. Es soll keine Beschwerde sein, aber ich habe während unseres Urlaubes noch 4 andere Hotels auf booking.com gebucht, bei denen alles geklappt hat. Im Herencia Rioja hatten sie keine Buchung von mir gefunden, obwohl wir eine Buchungsbestäigung mit dabei hatten, worin auch das Frühstück enthalten war. Das Hotel wollte uns das Frühstück extra verrechnen. Im großen und ganzen war es aber ok.

La ubicación de dicho hotel, es perfecta para conocer la ciudad de Logroño, ya que esta proxima a la zona peatonal donde se encuentran todos los bares donde degustar sus famosos pinchos en la C/ Laurel. Recomiendo este hotel sin desayuno, ya que me parece un precio excesivo teniendo en cuenta además que próximo al hotel existen cafeterias que te ofrecen unos desayunos suculentos mucho más baratos. También me parece caro el precio del parking, ya que al lado del hotel, existe una zona de aparcamiento enorme regulado que incluso dispone de un montón de plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas.

Lo mejor, la localización del hotel, muy céntrico. La decoración de la habitación deja bastante que desear: muy fría y sin nungún encanto. Pedí cama de matrimonio pero me dieron una habitación con dos camas juntas pequeñas y en cuanto te apoyabas en el cabecero, se desplazaba la cama (muy incómodo) y una de las camas chirriaba a nada que te movías. En cuanto al desayuno, para lo que cobran no ofrece nada especial. Poca variedad de repostería y el zumo de naranja, que pone que es natural, de natural no tiene nada, es de bote (un engaño bastante feo). En resumen, me parece muy caro para lo que es el hotel.

Ubicación excelente, a unos pasos del casco historico y de las tiendas y de la famosa calle Laurel, buen precio y habitación muy grande y muy cómoda El precio del desayuno un poco caro 14 euros, pero mereció la pena porque me lo subieron a la habitación.

Hotel agradable con gente encatadora en recepcion El garaje es realmente lamentable, es reducido y la puerta de entrada no tiene sensores de seguridad,por lo que si te descuidas, te fastidia el coche, lo digo por experiencia

Bien situado, personal amable y habitación confortable. No dispone de wi-fi gratuito en la habitación lo que lo inhabilita para repetir estancia. Tomarse un café ,sin desayuno incorporado, por la mañana no es muy fácil
