NH Herencia Rioja  

Location was very good for Logroño, close to the shops and Laurel tapas area but far enough away to be quiet enough to sleep.

We've stayed in quite a number of NH hotels throughout Spain and have always found them a good place to stay but the NH Herencia Rioja is looking a bit tired and in need of a little face lift. The car park is situated underneath the hotel and is very cramped - you are assigned a parking space so ensure you tell them you need a large space if you have a larger car. The staff weren't especially helpful or friendly.

Enjoyable stay at nicely presented hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're visiting the Rioja region and want to stay in its capital then this hotel is a good choice.

Not an issue with the hotel. Logroño itself is a small town perhaps made slightly disappointing having just come from Barçelona. however, very good tapas bars, wonderful artesanal ice-cream shop and came away with some beautiful wine.

A little problem with the payment by credit card (mastercard!!) that I had to solve as the receptionist was keeping saying that it must be a problem from my bank as she had had many other costumers paying before me that morning. Finally, after she asked me a couple of personal questions about my bank account, I had first to call my bank in Italy with my personal mobile phone to check everything was right, than I had to go to a cash machine out of the hotel to get money and....IT Worked!!!!! The problem was the line, so it wasn't because I didn't have enough money on my account!!!! Then the receptionist was kind with me and tried to rise up the situation, but at that point I was quiet disappointed....

The stafff were very cold and did nothing to help - nothing near a smile.... Would have been nice to have felt welcome....rooms were quite dark. Parking (16 euros) and computer use were very difficult - 35 euro a minute is insane.. Printer did not work and no one knew how even to put paper into it.... They left me when I asked for help with it and did not return or say what was happening. Ak

Failities and greneral impresssions on arriving were trulyexcedllent, and trhe same applied tom the bedrookd. Staff weree extreeme.y helpful.

Menus in English were a bitg srange, butr when we pointed this out to the wait ress , she was as surprised a s ntone.;

This Hotel is in a perfect location, clean & the staff were all friendly. Perfect for a city break or a business trip.

Su centrica ubicación

Las camas tienen ruedas, supongo para facilitar su movimiento y arreglo. Sin embargo esas ruedas posibilitan que cuando te apoyas en el cabecero para leer o ver la tv, te vas separando del mismo por efecto de las ruedas y se te acaban cayendo las almohadas por detrás de la cama. Hay que ponerles freno a las ruedas. La wi-fi gratuita que tienen en la recepción y que publicitan con 50 Megabytes de transferencia de documentos, no funciona es irreal, solamente sirve para navegar por internet muy, muy, lentamente.

Está muy bién situado. Cerca de la zona peatonal y un paso de la gran via. La estancia ha sido muy agradable.

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, las camas eran un poco incomodas

Su situación, la atención de los empleados, su desayuno, incluyendo el zumo natural y la fritura de un huevo.

No tienen wifi en la Habitacion y sus competencias si.

Nuestra estancia ha sido buena, el personal de recepción muy atentos, resto de servicios bien, lo único que encuentro excesivamente caro es el garaje, ademas de que la entrada en el mismo es muy dificil, creo que 16-€ diarios es excesivo, es mi opinión y la de otras personas que pudimos contactar, el desayuno bien, aunque creo que tambien es caro, espero que nuestros comentarios podamos ayudarles ha mejorar, atentamente, ASIN.
