The NH Imperial Playa enjoys a great location on the beach of Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas. It has free Wi-Fi in the lobby. All of the stylish, modern rooms have satellite TV, a minibar and air conditioning. Superior rooms and junior suites have sea views. The Imperial Playa’s restaurant offers wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can enjoy buffet breakfast, a lunch menu and a wonderful choice of set meals in the evening. The staff were excellent and helpful. They put fruit in our room as it was my mothers birthday. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we had an excellent view from our window of the beach. We would definately stay there again. It is located so we can access the shopping centres cheaply by taxi. We did not have a balcony and there is no other areas such as a roof terrace to smoke so we had to go outside. It would also be nice to have had a roof terrace or area to sit outside in the sun or have a coffee within the hotel. Some form of spa facilities or options to receive a massage in the hotel would be nice

A sua proximidade e relação com a zona peatonal junto à praia. Não gostei da decoração do Hotel com enfoque nos corredores e quartos. Não é um verdadeiro Hotel de 4 estrelas.

Atención en la recepción. Comodidad de la habitación. Vista y ubicación, excelentes. La habitación se ve nueva y muy limpia. Los amenities en el baño están muy bien. Falta decoración. Las sillas hacen ruido al rodarse. La fachada se encontraba con malla anti caida de cascotes. Zona de difícil aparcamiento. No vi forma de regular el aire acondicionado.

Situación inmejorable. Limpieza habitaciones. Comodidad. Las habitaciones en planta alta co.n vistas a la Playa de las Canteras son increíbles Wifi de pago con regular recepción en la habitación. Garaje un poquito alejado.

Uitstekende ligging Het onthaal aan de receptie is zeer afstandelijk en er kan met moeite een glimlach af! Receptie lijkt meer op een call center. Blijkbaar hebben alle meisjes dezelfde "training" gekregen: vooral niet glimlachen... Spijtig, want het hotel verdient een :-)

Die direkte Lage am Meer und demzufolge der Blick war super. Auch die Lage für Restaurants etc. war gut. Strand prima und gepflegt.. Nicht weit zum Hafen, falls man bei einem Kreuzfahrtschiff einchecken möchte. Hotelzimmer relativ groß. Nachteil bei offenen Fenster: früh um 5 Uhr ist die "Planierraupe" unterwegs um den Strand glattzuziehen. 15,00 € pro Person Frühstück ist zu teuer bei einem Hotelpreis von 138,00 € pro Doppelzimmer.

La verdad que la habitación estuvo muy acogedora y con vistas muy buenas. Pedí habitación fumadora y planta alta y tuvimos una habitación con buena terraza. Por el precio que pedían me pareció muy buena opción. Recomendable.
