Clean. Great location for tourist trips. Breakfast pretty good, but better deals are nearby.

Too noisy outside the window at night-- get inside room. Free wi fi only in lobby. Most hotels now give free wi fi in rooms. Also need new passcard every time one signs on == and only lasts for 30 min.

Very central, near the bus stops and taxi ranks. The hotel itself was very clean, all the staff were helpful and friendly. All the staff that I encountered could speak English, that was great because I can't speak Spanish. My room was a reasonable size, considering it was for a single person. Bed made and cleaned every day. If I should ever return to Granada the I would stay at the Hotel again

No complaints, I found everything to be very good.

Stayed there for 2 nights,standard 3 star hotell,very frienly and helpful staff, great location, fair price, short distance to the main tourist attractions like Alhambra (if you not manage to buy on the internett, buy your tickets easely at the souvenir shop "Tienda del Alambra ", between "Plaza Isabel la Catolica" and "Plaza Nueva") , the Kathedral, and don`t forgett "Basilica de San Juan de Dios", it`s incredible. Won`t hesitate to stay there again.

Some problems getting warm enough water sometimes.

The member of staff on duty for most of our visit (arrived 21/1/12 for 2 days) was excpetionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is really attractive and beutifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was well worth 9 Euros - fresh and a huge choice.

There was quite a lot of noise due to the location but that was hardly the fault of the hotel.

The rooms were extremely clean and the shower was excellent. The open courtyard style of the hotel made it open and roomy. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and they were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really handily placed for the cathedral and all the buses (and taxis) to all attractions leave from just across the road.

Being English we missed having tea-making facilities in the room but that's just a small point.

The hotel is right in the centre, so close to all the main bars in Granada. Great value for money. Free wifi in the lobby.

There is quite a bit of noise in the street outside as there is an Irish pub just beside the hotel!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean with very good facilities and you can't beat the location - right near the cathedral, the bus stops from the station and to the Alhambra and the bars and restaurants on Plaza Nueva. In spite of its central location, it was also very quiet and easy to sleep. Despite being an international hotel chain with a fairly corporate look about it, quite a bit of the character of the hotel has been retained with its internal courtyard/atrium; that said, this wouldn't be the place to go if you were looking for real Andalusian Pension character, but that's not what it's claiming to be. No complaints whatsoever.

Location is perfect, right in the centre, all streets around full of restaurants and caffee shops, 10 min to Alhambra.

Promised parking place was not available. The personal guided us to a parking nearby, where the charge turned out to be 25 Euro per day (we understood this when we left). The promised price of 14 Euro per day, given in the reservation, is not for sure, you better ask twice.
