Clean. Great location for tourist trips. Breakfast pretty good, but better deals are nearby. Too noisy outside the window at night-- get inside room. Free wi fi only in lobby. Most hotels now give free wi fi in rooms. Also need new passcard every time one signs on == and only lasts for 30 min.

Location - right near the Cathedral, rich and tasty breakfast Smell like old spirit in lobby and in rooms, no sound isolation - we heard every sound in hotel, not really free WiFi - only 30 min from the lobby.

Very central, near the bus stops and taxi ranks. The hotel itself was very clean, all the staff were helpful and friendly. All the staff that I encountered could speak English, that was great because I can't speak Spanish. My room was a reasonable size, considering it was for a single person. Bed made and cleaned every day. If I should ever return to Granada the I would stay at the Hotel again No complaints, I found everything to be very good.

We were offered one of three top floor accomodations which provided the most quiet setting during the celebratory Andalucian Day weekend of partying in the surrounding neighborhood. We were close to everything without the noise intruding on our room. We had a view of the Alhambra from our sunny window. The additional 15 euro per night for this upgrade was well worth it. We found the desk staff friendly and helpful. We asked about a safe to keep our valubles but were unable to discover where it was or how to utilize it.

Stayed there for 2 nights, standard 3 star hotell, very frienly and helpful staff, great location, fair price, short distance to the main tourist attractions like Alhambra (if you not manage to buy on the internett, buy your tickets easely at the souvenir shop "Tienda del Alambra ", between "Plaza Isabel la Catolica" and "Plaza Nueva") , the Kathedral, and don`t forgett "Basilica de San Juan de Dios", it`s incredible. Won`t hesitate to stay there again. Some problems getting warm enough water sometimes.

The member of staff on duty for most of our visit (arrived 21/1/12 for 2 days) was excpetionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is really attractive and beutifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was well worth 9 Euros - fresh and a huge choice. There was quite a lot of noise due to the location but that was hardly the fault of the hotel.

The rooms were extremely clean and the shower was excellent. The open courtyard style of the hotel made it open and roomy. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and they were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really handily placed for the cathedral and all the buses (and taxis) to all attractions leave from just across the road. Being English we missed having tea-making facilities in the room but that's just a small point.

The hotel is right in the centre, so close to all the main bars in Granada. Great value for money. Free wifi in the lobby. There is quite a bit of noise in the street outside as there is an Irish pub just beside the hotel!

The hotel was difficult to find with the directions sent by the hotel, roadworks in the city centre did not help, due to the above we inadvertantly went down a restricted road (taxis/buses only) we were lost by this time !we enquired at another hotel were the Inglaterra was ,the receptionist there said we must inform the reception at the Inglaterra about our misdeameaner and they would ring the local police and explain we were visitors to the town and hopefully get any charges rescinded? We enjoyed our stay, but thought the breakfast was very expensive! The staff were very good and looked after us well Lift did not go up to the 5th floor Breakfast to expensive

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean with very good facilities and you can't beat the location - right near the cathedral, the bus stops from the station and to the Alhambra and the bars and restaurants on Plaza Nueva. In spite of its central location, it was also very quiet and easy to sleep. Despite being an international hotel chain with a fairly corporate look about it, quite a bit of the character of the hotel has been retained with its internal courtyard/atrium; that said, this wouldn't be the place to go if you were looking for real Andalusian Pension character, but that's not what it's claiming to be. No complaints whatsoever.

The staff...kind , helpful and offered good advice. The room well furnished. Sparkling bathroom. Broad range of tv channels. Location superb...opposite The Cathedral..20metres from the main street...30 Metres from the bus stop from the Rail and bus stations, and from buses to and from The Alhambra...30 Metres for the bus stop to and from the airport.. Great shopplng alleys beside and behind the Cathedral. In other words a perfect hotel.

Location is perfect, right in the centre, all streets around full of restaurants and caffee shops, 10 min to Alhambra. Promised parking place was not available. The personal guided us to a parking nearby, where the charge turned out to be 25 Euro per day (we understood this when we left). The promised price of 14 Euro per day, given in the reservation, is not for sure, you better ask twice.

Excellent location, close to Cathedral and walking distance to Alhambra. Also close to shopping strips, and shisha bars. Just off main rd and bus stop. Can easily catch bus to train station. Bathroom looked new and very clean. Rooms very a little drab looking, could do with with brighter sheets and curtins. Free Wi-fi only available for 30 minutes in reception area
