Located in the heart of enchanting historic central Granada, this hotel has a central courtyard typical of Andalusia and a buffet breakfast to help prepare for the day ahead. Enjoy the Inglaterra’s carefully decorated interiors with details traditional to the Andalusia region such as attractive archways and mosaics on the walls. Relax in the central courtyard with glass ceiling which provides a pleasant light and cool atmosphere. Thanks to the NH Inglaterra’s superb location, you can walk to Granada’s cathedral and stroll up the hill to the famous Alhambra Palace. In the evening, browse the many tapas bars and tea houses surrounding the hotel. Hotel Rooms: 36, Hotel Chain: NH Hoteles.

The rooms were extremely clean and the shower was excellent. The open courtyard style of the hotel made it open and roomy. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and they were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really handily placed for the cathedral and all the buses (and taxis) to all attractions leave from just across the road. Being English we missed having tea-making facilities in the room but that's just a small point.

It´s location is great and close to Plaza Neuva and there are tapas bars steps away. The room is facing ..an air shaft that is open to the sky and very close to to the opposite wall so it is always dark. Kind of gloomy but the hotel is very nice. I guess it doesn´t make much diffference if you come back late.

The hotel is right in the centre, so close to all the main bars in Granada. Great value for money. Free wifi in the lobby. There is quite a bit of noise in the street outside as there is an Irish pub just beside the hotel!

The hotel was difficult to find with the directions sent by the hotel, roadworks in the city centre did not help, due to the above we inadvertantly went down a restricted road (taxis/buses only) we were lost by this time !we enquired at another hotel were the Inglaterra was ,the receptionist there said we must inform the reception at the Inglaterra about our misdeameaner and they would ring the local police and explain we were visitors to the town and hopefully get any charges rescinded? We enjoyed our stay, but thought the breakfast was very expensive! The staff were very good and looked after us well Lift did not go up to the 5th floor Breakfast to expensive

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean with very good facilities and you can't beat the location - right near the cathedral, the bus stops from the station and to the Alhambra and the bars and restaurants on Plaza Nueva. In spite of its central location, it was also very quiet and easy to sleep. Despite being an international hotel chain with a fairly corporate look about it, quite a bit of the character of the hotel has been retained with its internal courtyard/atrium; that said, this wouldn't be the place to go if you were looking for real Andalusian Pension character, but that's not what it's claiming to be. No complaints whatsoever.

The staff...kind , helpful and offered good advice. The room well furnished. Sparkling bathroom. Broad range of tv channels. Location superb...opposite The Cathedral..20metres from the main street...30 Metres from the bus stop from the Rail and bus stations, and from buses to and from The Alhambra...30 Metres for the bus stop to and from the airport.. Great shopplng alleys beside and behind the Cathedral. In other words a perfect hotel.

Location is perfect, right in the centre, all streets around full of restaurants and caffee shops, 10 min to Alhambra. Promised parking place was not available. The personal guided us to a parking nearby, where the charge turned out to be 25 Euro per day (we understood this when we left). The promised price of 14 Euro per day, given in the reservation, is not for sure, you better ask twice.

Excellent location, close to Cathedral and walking distance to Alhambra. Also close to shopping strips, and shisha bars. Just off main rd and bus stop. Can easily catch bus to train station. Bathroom looked new and very clean. Rooms very a little drab looking, could do with with brighter sheets and curtins. Free Wi-fi only available for 30 minutes in reception area

Location was excellent and staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was rather spartan for the price, window looking out on dismal air shaft. It was okay, but I paid less in Florence and Barcelona for nicer rooms.

The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The property was well kept and clean and I would suggest this property for someone looking for a hotel in the center of the city. Probably a little over priced compared to other similar hotels in the area
