Sono 3 volte in un anno che soggiorno in questo hotel, quindi penso che mi sono trovato molto bene altrimenti non tornerei. Apprezzo molto la sua posizione che permette di sfruttare la metropolitana per arrivare dall'aeroporto (è sulla stessa linea la 8 che và in centro città dai terminal) e permette di visitare la città in modo rapido. Molto rilassante il soggiorno in hotel che si trova in una zona tranquilla e ben servita anche dai taxi.

La Tranquillità

Per avere i codici di accesso alla rete WiFi la portineria ha preteso che scendessi alla reception perchè da consegnare personalmente in quanto "riservati" (mi sono dovuto vestire): si trovavano sul desk alla portata ed alla vista di chiunque, Anche di chi fosse entrato solamente a chiedere l'ora! Sarebbe una banalità se non fosse che mi sono dovuto rivestire.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo; vicino alla stazione della metro Colombia e alla fermata dell'autobus per il centro.

Personale professionale, ma quasi scostante. In camera non c'era il bidet.

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff.

Molto vicino allo Stadio Santiago Bernabeu e a circa 20 m ce la fermata del'autobus N.14 che va nel centro di Madrid. Molto pulito e molto accogliente.

We chose this hotel because it was in the neighborhood where we once lived - slightly outside o the city center, but still quite urban and very close to a major metro station, so easy access to anywhere you might want to go. Personally we prefer not to be in the crush of the tourist area, and this neighborhood has a wealth of good food options, shopping, and is very walkable while being relatively quiet and free of tourists. You get a sense of the real daily life of real Madrid, no overpriced tourist-focused shops or food, just real, authentic neighborhood bars and restaurants and shops frequented by real people. If you're a sports fan, this hotel is a short easy walk from Bernabeu soccer stadium. If you're a foodie, The Mercado Chamartin just two blocks away is a delight - a great place to gather gourmet provisions for a picnic in Parque Berlin, which is also just a few blocks away.

Don't pay for the wildly over-priced breakfast or coffee they offer (every hotel charges too much for this, not just this place). They're trusting that tourists don't know that incredibly cheap and much better tasting and more authentic breakfast is just steps away. The same street that the hotel is on - Havana - if you go just up the hill from the front door (one block) and then walk one block downhill over the other side as if you're walking toward the Colombia metro station, right across from the Mercado Chamartin - at the corner of Bolivia street - there are two bars side by side: Negresco and Bariloche, that will serve you a typical Madrileno breakfast (cafe con leche with a toasted bread with olive oil and tomato for just a couple of Euros (and don't worry, having breakfast in a bar is normal there). If you walk a couple of blocks further down on that same side of the street, you'll hit Cafe Lyon, which is even nicer, and has even better coffee, plus great churros with hot chocolate to dip them in.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, I went with my father for a football game (Real Madrid). The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the Santiago Bernabeu, the stadium of Real Madrid, and also located near a metro station, which could lead us everywhere we would like in Madrid. The room was cleaned every day, the staff speaks just enough English to communicate, clean rooms, a bit small but nothing to complain about. Overall, very good value for the price we paid.

No kitchen in the small room we had. TV is a bit outdated and the quality of the picture is not very good.

I speak little Spanish and the the staff were better in speaking English which made for good communication. The hotel is situated less than 10 mins walk from Santiago Bernabeu stadium and 5 mins from Colombia Metro stop.

Access to chamartin railway station not easy by metro . Booked that hotel because I had a train to take at Chamartin in the morning, but chamartin station was finally far away.

Location was great for San Bernabéu Stadium. Clean hotel with polite staff.

WiFi in room was non-existent in the room. Unacceptable. A/c in the room did not warm. Unacceptable.

Awful smell coming out of the toilet but was solved immediately by the hotel staff. Location quite far from nearest metro station (at least 10 min walk). Breakfast way too expensive but there's a good breakfast place nearby for 1/4 of the price.

The Hotel, Staff, Comfort, location etc were all excellent.. proximity to the 'Metro' station . So it was overall very comfortable and convenient.

The costs in the restaurant, bar and cost of Breakfast are far too expensive. Other people staying at the hotel agreed with me and said that they just did not use the restaurant and bar facilities, going outside to other places to eat and get refreshments.

the over expensive breakfast was really good, able to mix international and domestic food.

THe rooms are the smallest I've ever seen on a NH hotel. It was really something impressive.
