Dinner was very good food to a very high standard

First of all, I liked the location it's basically near the City of Arts and Science. Second, I liked that the bus station is in front of the hotel, and you can take the bus and go wherever you want (very useful when you have a Valencia Pass).

The bathroom in my room (609) smelled a bit like mold (most probably the bathroom's door is a bit old), but that's not a dealbreaker.

What a wonderful hotel! And that for this price! Friendly and helpful personnel and we liked the NH breakfast. Superb.

Dutchmen get hungry at 18.00 hrs, but the restaurant only opened at 20.30. That forced us to a nearby restaurant, which was expensive and bad food.

Needs quadruple glazing to mute the noise of fireworks during Las Fallas!

The location of the hotel was between the beautiful modern buildings of hemispheric,... and the downtown. good breakfast with reasonable price. free WiFi access all over the hotel.

The breakfast (which we ordered at arrival, and was in the neighbour hotel) was thrilling! The location opposite the Opera was perfect for us.

The location. We have stayed here before and although quite basic it is very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Our stay was fine for 1 night, considering the reasonable price.

Some of the rooms are very small and there is noise from the road, even with double glazing.

When I place a sign outside "I' in the room" or "Do not disturb" I mean that I do not need/want my room serviced while I am away...but thanks anyway.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights last week end. It is a big hotel divided in two entites Las Artes I and Las Artes ii. Both are members of the chain nh hoteles. The location is great if you want to go visit the outstanding Science museum and Oceanorium. The bus n°35 will take you to the city center in only 10 min for only 1,5 euros. There are plenty of buses running til around 10pm every day. My single room was basic but clean. There is a tv set will international tv chanels. Bathroom was small but fonctional. I only paid 77 euros for 2 nights. It is a good deal.

There are many points I believe which could be improved : - One of the ladies at the reception was not particularly friendly. - water was rusty (red/brownish colour cos of rust) when opening the tap. It is due to old pipes full of rust. Disgusting. - The windows are not double glazed. As a consequence, it is very noisy inside of the rooms due to the heavy traffic on the main avenue. I must notify that I was staying on the 6th floor and with the windows closed. I can't imagine customers sleeping in lower floors....impossible to sleep! - No free wi fi internet in the rooms but only in the lobby. It is not acceptable! - Breakfast buffet is charged at 12,5 euros! A rip off! - No shower cabin but small bath equiped with shower.

I liked the design of the hotel that's really modern and I appreciated the position of the hotel itself because it's placed very close (5 minutes on foot) to the Arts and Science Musuem and you have the bus stop in front of it so you can reach the city centre very easily in 10 minutes. Breakfast very good and plentiful.

Room was cheap and included good location close to city of arts and sciences.

Room was small and stuffy, staff was uninterested, and at moments, unpleasent. When we arrived, they didn't offer us to choose a method of payment (we wanted to pay cash at the checkout) or communicated with us anything about it, but charged on our credit card, registred with booking.com.

Friendly staff, and located very close to the aquarium and a big shopping mall.

They don't have big family rooms, and the rooms & bathrooms were very small.

I was visiting family who live in an apartment next door, so location was no 1. Also the price. The hotel is basic, but the rooms are clean and more than adequate. For a hotel next the city of Arts and Science it is a bargain.

The hotel is fair, we got a good fare. It's located just in front of the cità de les artes (2 minutes walk) but it is not very confortable for reaching the city center. Yes, there is the bus N.35 just in front of the hotel, but at 10.30pm you don't have any buses for coming back so you have to take a taxi (6 euros form the center). The room was small but confortable. We faced a garden in the back, so it was very silence. We had a communicating rooms, but fortunately no one was in the other room. The bathroom seems to be recently rennovated.

The position: for for the cità de las artes, but not very good for the city center.
