The location and staff were excellent. Clean, comfortable and warm. The hotel is being refurbished so maybe this is being dealt with. The TV was ancient and consequently did not have features like dual language options. The wifi was slow to the point of unusable.

Most impressed by the helpful staff, particularly Carmen the receptionist.The hotel is excellently situated for the city centre and is clean and comfortable. . The breakfast was cooked individualy and had a good selection. Good value for money.

It is my second stay at Mindoro and I liked that it has stayed on the same level. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and comfortable. We were visiting the hotel for FIB festival in Benicassim and will definitely stay in NH again in case of future visits of the festival. The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly.

Bien placé pour visite en ville et alentours. Bon petit déjeuner. Cet hôtel est trop vieux et presque dépassé. Moquette limite ! - etc....TV ridiculement petite. Il semble qu'ils le remette en état petit à petit.

Estuvimos el pasado mes de Diciembre durante el campeonato de Gimnasia Rítmica, nos gustó todo en general. La situación es excelente y el personal super agradable. Agradecemos la amabilidad de dejarnos la habitación hasta las 19:00 horas sin ningún cargo, ya que mi hija se encontraba muy mal con muchísima fiebre. MUCHAS GRACIAS. Todo perfecto.
