Location. Staff helpful. Hotel clean.

Probably the noisiest hotel i've ever stayed at. We had problems with the safe in our room and they never replaced it.

It has a splendid location for anyone travelling onwards and who needs to use Estacion Atocha. One of the young ladies on reception was very friendly and helpful.The young men were off hand. The breakfast is excellent.

If you need another pillow it can take three requests and four hours for it finally to arrive at the bedroom door .This happened in my case. Do not expect a kettle in the room to be able to make an early morning cup of tea. At the end of April it can be very chilly.The heating does not come on until 7p.m. and did not come on in the rooms in the morning though the corridors were very warm.

Buffet breakfast was the best. The hotel is very close to the station. The staff at the desk were all friendly.

Free Internet connection was not good. The sheet with log-in name and number was too small for me. Each connection time was 30 minutes. I wasted time. We found only one set of toiletries, one toothbrush, one piece of soap, etc. I don't know why.

Proximity to main station Madrid-Atocha makes it very convenient for transit travellers or those visiting Prado and other nearby museums. Breakfast buffet is truly outstanding.

Staff is very kind and most of them speak good English. Breakfast was good. Wifi worked ok but is not included in the price. Hotel is at a busy street. I asked a room away from the street and they gave me a very nice room at the back of the hotel. The room was very big but I don't know if all rooms are that big.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good and the service was fast. But it is quite expensive to eat here.

I did not like anything but the food for breakfast and the possibility to order something to eat in the room, even late.

Too noisy. You hear all the noises from the big roads surrounding the hotel, or you hear the loud sounds coming from a dance-floor just besides! Free wifi available only at the entrance of the hotel, else very expensive! Very tiny room: the bed took the whole place.

Very central and easy access atcha railway stn, the room was clean and staff very helpful.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was incredible.

The internet cards were ridiculous. It was such a hassle to obtain password after password from the front desk. Nothing could be accomplished in 30 minutes, especially with the internet being so incredibly slow.

The problem was the heating system. It was very dry in the room and no way to turn heat down and bring some humidity in. Another problem was the translucent door between bathroom and corridor. Some people appreciate privacy... All the rest was perfect. Coffee machine that works, hair dryer that works etc

The location is great!

The room was very cold and the the design and furniture was quiet old!
