La situació

Location.

Breakfast at 22 euros! And 10 euros per hour extra after 12:00 checkout. Check in only after 15:00 and check out at 12:00. It is less than 24 hours. Not fair. Internet for 30 min in lobby only. Not a good service.

Service, location and facilities.

No availability of rooms for 3 people, we had to book 2 rooms for 3 people, but we wanted to stay together.... Therefore we had to pay more.

Good location walking distance from Atocha station and Prada Museum.

Windows need double glazing to cut out the continous traffic noise.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was incredible.

The internet cards were ridiculous. It was such a hassle to obtain password after password from the front desk. Nothing could be accomplished in 30 minutes, especially with the internet being so incredibly slow.

Good position and nice rooms

We got a very good deal (I think it was almost 70% off the "normal" price), and enjoyed the thus affordable luxury to the fullest. The breakfast is amazing, the location is very good, just some 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre (technically, it is in the city centre too, it's just that Madrid is a proper big city!).

We had to pay the price for having an amazing view from our windows - some noise from Paseo del Prado was present throughout the night! Nothing too bad though.

We book two double rooms.We get both rooms at the second floor, overlooking the illuminator, and in both we heard the trains from Atocha Station. The walls are painted in dark grey, and because we don't have natural light our rooms seemed like 2 bunkers. We don't find nothing to look like pictures from the booking site.

In order to use free Wifi every 30min I had to go down to the front and got the new ID and password for access. Fuuny thing is you can log in only at the lobby area.

Not much. The people at the desk were not helpful! Spoke Spanish and very hard to understand their English. The restaurant staff was wonderful as were the housekeepers.

Many of the people working at the front desk were unhelpful. Not a good place to stay as a tourist. Asking for help was not looked upon with with service rather an inconvenience!

The location is excellent. It is 5 minutes walk from the Atocha railway station and Atocha metro. I bought the package with breakfast. The breakfast was very good for the start for your day.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The first 2 nights was fine but the third night was a bit noisy probably because of Friday night. We heard the music in our room (232).
