NH Obradoiro  

my sister and i had just finished the camino walk, and we wanted to pamper ourselves, so we booked the NH Obradoiro. We were very very happy with our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, Food very good, and beds wonderful, after our long walk, Hope to be back next year. margaret gannon and rita mcginn.

Good Location, clean and tidy

Lack of menus in English, in the dinning room. Although staff very helpful, restraunt staff, few spoke any good English

The English-speaking staff and the convenience of their help in getting a taxi to the airport at a very early hour.

It was rather pricey. Also, it is not what I would call close to anything other than the economics department of the university.

The hotel was nicely designed. Very modern with a very large lobby with free wi-fi and a bar area. Indoor and outdoor pool were a good size and the workout area was large with diverse equipment. Room was not cramped (27 m2) with a large tub, bidet and towel warmer. It was only a 10 minute walk to the old city, cathedral and other points of interest.

A five star hotel that does not have free wi-fi in the rooms was a let down. As with most nh hotels the breakfast was a bit pricey although it had a wide selection of food. One morning several tour bus groups were staying at the hotel and the breakfast was sub-standard without all of the normal selection. Those of us who had pre-paid for our breakfasts ( there is a discount if you pre-pay) were very disappointed with breakfast that morning.

The location, the Restaurant, the quietness and the design of the hotel. The rooms were confortable.

It's absolutely unacceptable that a 5 star hotel still charges wifi in the rooms. At times the staff was absent from some locations like the bar and the restaurant and we had to go to the reception to ask them to call someone.

Great location. Room very comfortable, particularly having a separate toilet. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fantastic and the staff although busy were always efficient and helpful.

The water in the outdoor swimming pool was very dirty, paper and cartons floating on the top - never saw anyone cleaning during the 3 nights we stayed there.

Me ha gustado mucho el diseño del hotel en general, en la habitación cama muy amplia y cómoda, el baño muy original y moderno separando los lavabos de la zona de ducha y todo muy limpio lo que es para mí muy importante. A destacar diré que el personal ha sido muy amable y que la oferta de tres días es calidad-precio.

He echado en falta varias cosas para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas como: no tener wi-fi gratis, la televisión era pequeña y mal ubicada (era incómodo verla tumbada en la cama) no me gustó mucho el toldo que hay encima de la cama... No sé a que viene.. Después también eché en falta unos albornoces esto en un hotel de esta categoría nunca falta, y claramente si quereis la habitación con vista a la catedral llamar después de la reserva y pedirlo. A mi parecer le sobra una estrella claramente.

Hotel bastante acolhedor, em termos de decoração e conforto. A localização, uma vez que fica a cerca de 5 a 10 minutos a pé da Praça Obradoiro (Catedral).

Falta de colaboradores para transportar a bagagem, quer na chegada, quer na partida.

Tranquilidad, ubicación práctica y agradable.

El desayuno era muy completo y variado. Las instalaciones muy modernas y amplias. La habitación estaba muy bien y el baño muy bonito.

Muy cerca del centro, a 10 min. A pié de la plaza de Obradoiro. Cuando llegamos no quedaban habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y nos pasaron a una suite sin ningún coste adicional. Trato del personal muy bueno, cualquier problema nos lo solucionaron inmediatamente.

Internet gratis solo 30 min. Y en el looby, en la habitación hay que pagar.
