The building was beautiful and it was nice to be a 5 minute bus ride from the center of town without being right in the middle of all the action. The staff was also very friendly. The wording on booking.com makes it seem like the breakfast is included, but it´s actually 5euro per day per person. A fairly reasonable price, but it´d be nice to know going into it that it isn´t included.

El precio y el personal, muy amables en los 3 turnos. Buen relación clidad - precio (33,15€) Tal y como muestra el precio, pobre. La limpieza fatala. Encontramos una araña en la cama al entrar, un pelo nada más abrir la sábana, los colchones y las almohadas incómodas,.. Es un hotel de paso barato, simplemente.

El baño estaba sucio, la bañera llena de pelos. Las paredes eran de papel y se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en las habitaciones de al lado, arriba o abajo.

Absolutamente nada. Es una pena , escogí el hotel NH por su reputación, en otra ocasión hace unos años ,estuve y quedé contenta , por lo que me daba seguridad en relación con la calidad y servicio. Pero las cosas han cambiado, la habitación lo más escueta y mínima de espacio , dos vasos de plástico , una tv. de las que están en los museos, las paredes sucias, el techo con un hueco, sin ninguna nevera, las almohadas incomodísimas y malas., etc.., la llave de la habitación no habría . No lo volveré a escoger, hay hoteles de carreteras con más calidad y comodidad.

El trato del personal y la rapidez con que solucionaron un problema del aire acondicionado cambiándonos de habitación. La fachada es muy bonita pero que pena que no se puede contemplar porque no hay ni acera para asomarse a verla ¿Agradable parque?¿zona residencial? No hay ningún jardín el hotel esta encajonado entre unas callejas enfrente del descampado que queda de la antigua estación de tren. Me parece una vergüenza decir lo de "agradable parque" ¿eso no es propaganda engañosa?

Cerca del centro histórico (unos 15 min andando). Buena comunicación con lineas de bus (tanto urbanos como desde el aeropuerto). Personal del hotel muy amable. Pudimos guardar las maletas unas cuantas horas sin cargo alguno pues llegamos muy temprano y aun no estaban las habitaciones.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero agradable para quien quiera hacer una escapadita urbana. En una ubicacion recogida, es muy muy tranquilo, y esta muy cerca del centro, sólo hay que dar un paseo de diez minutos. Por cierto, el edficio es bonito, era una antigua fabrica de cafe y chocolate. Me gustaria que las habitaciones incorporasen nevera. Se escucha bastante lo que ocurre en el pasillo (insonorizacion puertas).

Económico, camas muy cómodas (2 metros de ancha), la suite junior tiene 2 pisos y es muy bonita la habitación, muy limpio y nada ruidoso, muy muy bien, si vuelvo a zaragoza será a este hotel! Si no llevas GPS estás jodido para encontrar el hotel

La fachada es muy bonita. El desayuno no era en ese hotel pero estaba a la vuelta y la verdad por el precio me parecio excelente. El personal deberia ser mas amable, no me gusto que mantuviera conversaciones con conocidos mientras me atendia.

Es práctico, con ubicación buena, el personal atento. Para una estancia donde sólo buscas descansar es correcto. Buena relación calidad/precio. Está limpio y los jabones son de calidad. No tiene servicios como pueda ser un salón o cafetería, pero es algo que ya se sabe antes de ir. Faltan detalles como retoque de pintura en habitaciones o puertas antiguas.

Hotel destiné à une clientèle de passage voir de vrp Pas de petit déjeuner sur place ; accord avec l'autre hotel nh situé à 100 mètres ; et bien évidemment beaucoup de monde dans la salle et de l'attente pour avoir une table centre trop éloigné pour une visite de la ville et impossible de se garer le parking en sus 10 euros
