location - it IS the center of the city very comfortable hotel with a luxury feeling - rooms are simpler but very comfortable breakfast was too expensive - 14€/pax. didn't take it but find it hard to compensate the price. parking is difficult if you want to avoy paying the hotel fair. we were lucky to find one spot relatively near (the hotel area is car free so you always have to walk a while) and as it was a holiday we could leave for the entire day (normally, you can only leave the car for 2 hours)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms with obvious thought given to the comfort of my stay. A little difficult to navigate around the hotel...it is laid out in a spacious manner.

Super rooms and excellant location right in the centre of old town A few more details on how to get to the hotel parking facility. It is within the public car park but you have to take the extreme right side as you enter, do not go down to the lower floors. The hoel notice is on the right as you drive in but difficult to spot.

The hotel is very centrally located. Hotel reception staff very courteous & helpful. The room was spacious, large bed and dressing room with good wardrobes. Bathroom magnificent especially spa/bubble bath The approach to Aviles town a little daunting passing through industrial area, but once in town it is forgotten. Public car parking a little pricey but same as hotel and convenient.

Gostei muito deste hotel. Está localizado mesmo no centro histórico, é um edificio muito bonito, requintado e agradável. Pagámos o diferencial para um quarto de categoria superior, pois disseram-nos que não estava ainda disponível o que tinhamos marcado. Mas foi bom, porque o quarto era enorme, com closet e uma casa de banho grande.

El Palacio de Ferrera destaca por su edificio histórico, magnificamente restaurado, y por su ubicación en el centro neurálgico de la ciudad. Lo que menos me ha gustado es que no haya wifi gratuito.
