Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms with obvious thought given to the comfort of my stay. A little difficult to navigate around the hotel...it is laid out in a spacious manner.

Super rooms and excellant location right in the centre of old town A few more details on how to get to the hotel parking facility. It is within the public car park but you have to take the extreme right side as you enter, do not go down to the lower floors. The hoel notice is on the right as you drive in but difficult to spot.

Lovely room and grounds, great breakfast Directions for car park were impossible to follow, it should state the hotel is in a pedestrian zone and teh carparl entrance some distance away.

The hotel is very centrally located. Hotel reception staff very courteous & helpful. The room was spacious, large bed and dressing room with good wardrobes. Bathroom magnificent especially spa/bubble bath The approach to Aviles town a little daunting passing through industrial area, but once in town it is forgotten. Public car parking a little pricey but same as hotel and convenient.

The hotel was in a splendid building, perfectly situated on the edge of the beautiful town square. Also on one side it overlooked a lovely park and gardens. The staff were effecient, friendly and very helpful and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well placed to walk around the Old Town which we found really attractive.There were many restaurants and coffee shops around this area and lovely small squares were always to be found.The surrounding area to Aviles we enjoyed and used the inexpensive trains and buses to reach small bays and beaches. We also enjoy some walking and this we could do along the coast.We felt very relaxed in our new surroundings!

The hotel is perfectly located in the central place of the town. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed, really comfortable, very attentive staff, Parking very handy The a/c can be a little bit tricky to handle and the room keeps really warm, sometimes too much.

Es muy agradable y cómodo. En el centro de Avilés. Los ruidos de los baños de los vecinos, sonaban las tuberias. El aa, en este caso calefacción es algo deficiente.

La localización, y el edificio histórico en el exterior es bonito, no tanto por dentro, mala conservación y espacios comunes escasos. Las habitaciones son realmente pequeñas, no tinen las amenities adecuadas a un 5*****, no hay albornoz, ni zapatillas. Importántisimo no se puede llegar al hotel en coche solo al parquing (público casi 16 euros). Popr si alguien va hay una zona del parking habilitada para el hotel, pero que no lo pone, hay una segunda barrera donde especifica "reservado", hay que pasar esa segunda barrera y luego ya se encuentran las plazas del hotel y el acceso mas cercano a este. El desayuno es de buena calidad pero muy poco variado...no parece un buffet...la reposicion de alimentos es bastante dudosa

La zona antigua, la parte del palacio, preciosa. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. La decoración y el personal muy bueno. La ubicación es ideal. El aire acondicionado está en la salida de los humos. A veces huele a cocina con la ventana abierta. Para un 5 estrellas podría tener un par de albornoces y zapatillas. Tambíen podría tener posibilidad de tomar un cafe en todas las habitaciones, independientemente del buffet. Tampoco tiene muchos canales de televisión, algunos de ellos no se ven o se ven mal.

Es perfecto para una escapada. Muy bonito y muy bien situado. Lo malo, aparcar. Reservamos una habitación de cama de matrimonio y al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que nos la habían reservado con 2 camas individuales, y la verdad que poca intención de solventar el problema, algo que en un 5* deja que desear....

Nous avons séjourné là une semaine ; notre chambre supérieure était très agréable avec un coin salon, il y a aussi un vrai dressing entre la chambre et la salle de bains très bien équipée.Les parties communes sont joliment décorées.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent, dommage que la salle, peu éclairée, soit un peu tristounette.La situation de l'hôtel permet de visiter très facilement à pied le centre historique de cette très agréable petite ville ; il y a beaucoup de cafés ou restaurants à proximité, et de nombreuses promenades à faire sur des sentiers au bord de la mer avec de magnifiques paysages.
