even with only modest temperature outside, the rooms were extremely hot and airco even at max speed did not help. Open windows was too much noise to sleep

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Well insulated against street noise. Excellant breakfast. Reception staff speak English. Free internet in the rooms would be welcome. This is becoming standard in most hotels and is often the determining factor in choising a hotel.

The hotel is very well situated for drivers with easy access off the motorway and a parking garage. The reception staff were excellent, there was never a wait and the standard of housekeeping is first class. I felt that the internet pricing was expensive and aimed at the business traveller rather than the touring family.

La ubicación del hotel Para ser una habitaciín suite, tenía muy poca luz tanto interior como exterior. En la cafetería para pagar un cafe estuve 20 minutos y al reclamar en recepción me dijeron que tenian un congreso y que me esperara. Decidí marcharme enfadada a la habitación y les dije que si querian me lo cobraran en la habitación y por supuesto me lo cobraron. Qu epoco detalle.

Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación. La habitación me pareció pequeña, y el espacio en el armario excesivamente escaso, un solo estante (pequeño) para colocar la ropa. Si vas a estar más de dos días no sé como te las arreglarías.Encuentro que este hotel tiene un precio excesivo en relación a otros buenos hoteles que hay en Vigo.

Habitacion doble muy bien de amplitud y muy comodas las camas La ducha que estaba casi rota y la presion del agua que era bastante floja hace que una estancia muy agradable no se recuerde de la misma forma.

Su ubicacion perfecta en el centro de Vigo. El desayuno aunque caro, es bastante completo. El wifi no es gratis en las habitaciones, solo en el lobby. La calidad del room service es bastante deficiente.

Como siempre, el desayuno buffet y que te lleven el coche al garage, lo cual es un plus de exclusividad y comodidad. El que en la planta 1ª, en la zona de mi habitacio, la 103, oliese a comida, proviniente de la cocina o el restaurante.

Localização. O muito fraco atendimento dos funcionarios. No Chek-out tentaram me cobrar 12€ por fazer o chek-out ás 13.00. Nesse mesmo dia havia mudança de horario. Não gostei mesmo de me cobrarem o dinheiro sem me avisar. Depois de ter reclamado, o funcionario, acabou por tirar, mesmo assim acho, muito má atitude.

En principio, la situación en Vigo; al final ni eso, porque fue un desastre Los recepcionistas mas antipáticos imposible. El hotel es caduco y mal cuidado. Dicen que tienen wifi gratis y no es verdad, 30 minutos desde el hall y no funciona bien.No habia sitio en su parking y en la zona es imposible. Es un mal hotel sin servicios que no merece 4 estrellas.

Gewoon een heel goed hotel, zoals je dat kunt verwachten van een nh Hotel. Prachtige kamers aan de straatkant met balkons en hoge openslaande deuren. Bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Helaas zoals in veel Spaanse hotels moet er aanvullend betaald worden voor WiFi op de kamer, en dat is erg duur voor tien euro. Een hotel van deze standaard moet gewoon een goede en gratis WiFi verbinding aanbieden.
