I didn't like anything . When we got there we were told that there was no room available despite our booking of several months ago . They were unsympathetic and never offered me any compensation. They had arranged a room in another hotel but I had to demand assistance to find it . I had to pay extra and the only way I could get inclusive breakfast was to walk in the rain back to the first hotel . Not very good at all .

The hotel is lovely with lots of character and you are only 5 minutes walk form the old town and loads of restaurants. The hotel restaurant itself was not open, and there is no car park so you need to pay the extra parking but there is a valet service which was quite quick.

New healthy concept of breakfast. Room service closes at 23:00 In the suite, the jacuzi is just a normal bath with two air blooming holes... nothing as you would expect from the presentaiton. No ironing available available for client, if not through the very expensive laundry services ((and in any case not usable as I needed to have my clothe ironed before 8:00 a.m.) Internet not free (10 euros for 24hours, with a DOWNLOAD LIMIT!!!!) Considering that I spenf 500 euros for 3 nights, I am very disappointed!!!!

It was well located and appeared to function well. All extra services required extra payment. No free WIFI in rooms, and time limit on WIFI in lobby. The staff were generally grumpy. The lobby was also extremely noisy in the afternoons and evenings. I resent not being able to iron my own shirts and having to use the room service.

todo perfecto, personal, servicios, limpieza, confort, ubicación ... Fui ha este hotel con una oferta estrella de 55 euros/noche pero no incluía el desayuno y claro el desayuno son 13 euros/persona y la habitación se puso en 81 euros que de oferta no tenía nada
