The staff is nice, the hotel is great for the price. The location is not the best but with a relatively short walk you can get to the metro station. The air conditioning system doesn't seems to work in many rooms. The location might be hard to find if using the typical online maps. Once located it's actually simple.

Good location, near the bullring, metro station and big hypermarket in walking distance. Rooms were pretty small but clean and with very comfortable beds, the staff was very kind and helpful, the pool was also nice and clean. OK for touristic purposes or short business trips. A little bit far from my expectations of 4-star hotel - small rooms, only 1 PC for free use, poor choice of TV-channels etc. Bad internet solution - the free use is limited to 30 minutes with one username and password, you have to log on again and again if you have some work to do and the signal is low. The paid one is better but expensive.

The staff was really helpful and polite. The Hotel is really near a subway station, making quite easy to go every where in the city, and also really close to a park. Although there are not many restaurants and bars near by, it is in front of a local bar which was great for a cold beer and some tapas.

The deluxe room was good, king size bed, dressing gown etc. The hotel was nice and quite. bar staff wasn't very pleaseant and the bar closed at 11pm on Saturday night. The hotel did not seem geared up for english tourists, there was no information in the room concerning the hotel or surrounding area.

Accueil parfait, grande chambre, belle salle de bain. 2èMe fois que je choisis cet hôtel et c est aussi pour le buffet du matin que je fais ce choix (7h-10h); beaucoup de choix :-) attention l hôtel n est pas dans le centre ville mais vous avez accès à 3 lignes de metro par contre vous êtes dans un quartier nickel celui des affaires (salamanca). Intéressant aussi d être à moins de 20 minutes de l aéroport. Petit plus appréciable quand vous réserver avec booking vous avez internet (wifi) gratuit dans la chambre! à préciser que la piscine est très sympa mais ouverte en juillet et aout. Il y a aussi les arenes juste à côté à faire une fois pour le " spectacle"... Prix abordables si vous négocier à l extérieur devant les arenes avec un revendeur... à préciser aussi que les prix de l hôtel ne font pas du yoyo... Donc on à toujours un prix correct même 3 jours avant de partir ou 1mois avant.

Dall aeroporto in metro circa 50 minuti cambiando 2 volte, ma è semplicissimo. Dal centro in metrO circa 10 minuti, quindi ne vale la pena anche perché la fermata della metropolitana la ventas, è quella della corrida e con soli 5euro l ho vista. L unica cosa nn c era la finestra in bagno e l aspiratore nn funzionava. La colazione. N l ho presa troppo cara! Comunque lo consiglio per un week. End a madrid fidati!

Rustig gelegen, goede verbinding met het centrum (bus 53 en 74 en metro). Nette buurt. Internet in de lobby is telkens slechts 30' (downloaden gebeurt zeer traag).

отель очень понравился месторасположением - тихий район, до одного метро P.Avenidas 5 минут пешком, до другого Ventas - 7 минут. рядом коррида, очень красиво! до центральных улиц Grand Via, Serrano можно дойти пешком за 15-20 минут. возле отеля автобусная остановка, можно доехать в центр и конечная остановка - фуникулер. также возле отеля стоянка такси, до аэропорта где-то 20 евро за двоих. напротив отеля кафе-бар Biarritz работает с 10 и до последнего посетителя. вкусно и недорого можно позавтракать, предлагают также "блюдо дня" и кухню. номера комфортные, убирают хорошо, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. по предложению отеля улучшенный двухместный номер/номер твин представлен картинкой - 2 комнаты с балконом. в итоге однокомнатный номер с большой двуспальной кроватью, предоставляется кофе-машина, хороший набор банных принадлежностей. пользование мини-баром нужно уточнять сразу - платно или нет.
