A very good quality hotel in a very good situation. Excellent value for money. Try not to get a room on the fourth floor on Friday nights!

Friendly cooperative staff somewhat earlier to check in without any problem.

Main sites Cathederal etc was good but not amongst the best we have seen in Spain.

Location was extremely poor in an area which did not feel particularly safe for wandering around. Bar area could be improved big hotel but tiny bar area which was soulless

Location is good, but not very good. Within a few minutes walk you get to shopping, sights and the river promenade. You're not right in the midst of things, but reasonably close. Very friendly and efficient staff!

Atmosphere is a bit more business hotel - definitely not a romantic getaway. Style of the rooms and pool area is mediocre. The beds roll away when you try to sit up against the wall to read - very inconvenient. Breakfast offers a wide selection, but lacks in quality - all the cheapest ingredients. Would rather have less selection, but good quality.

Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom quite nice.

Rooms were rather noisy, not just the street but also tv from neighbour room. (Am sure was not put loud) Wifi connection continued to be a problem. Paying bill in cash impossible. Getting correct invoice incl tva ie same as downpayment via Booking.com was problematic. Swimming pool nice but no services.

The bathroom and the bed were the best parts of the room. Some of the furniture felt a bit fragile.. but looked good! The communal area on the ground floor seemed quite business like.

Staid here with my wife in the beginning of May 2013. Hotel is located a little bit out of the city center, let me say 20 minutes walking to the Cathedral. But the enviroment seems to be absolutely safe. Hotel got no real face, it is huge business hotel with very long corridors. Room is light and big, but the internal architecture is awful. Wash basin is close to the wardrobe and it is very shallow so water always comes out to the wooden floor. When you come to get your clothes you will surely get your slippers wet, not very convenient. Sower is very dark and got no space to put your toiletry. This room was build by designers but not engineers means that it looks nice but absolutely not adjusted for living is you understand what I mean. Smoking room are available. Staff is not really friendly and hardly speaks/understands English but it is more or less usual situation in Spain. Hotel got no own parking but they have agreement with an underground parking nearby – very close and you get special rate after stamping your parking ticket at the reception desk. Breakfast room is very big with high ceilings but absolutely not cozy, looks like a student canteen. Breakfast costs 15.5 eur and you have more a less good choices with fresh orange juice. Jura coffee machines. Let me be exactly clear - nothing bad about this hotel but for next visit I would try to find some other possibility.

A great location, not too close to the centre, only about 10 mins walk away. Near bus station, for those travelling by bus.

Nothing really

Hotel room was ok but not very clean. Location is nice, near to the river and not so far from monuments and places to be visited. Public Parking and shopping center very near to the hotel (just in front). Free Wi-Fi in rooms.

We had a very nice and comfortable room at 4 floor with panoramic view and really enjoyed it. Location is good, just about 10-15 minutes walk to the main square. Near the hotel (just 2 minutes walk) underground parking lot and shopping center with supermarket, where is possible to bay fresh fruits and so on. Breakfast was good enough.

It was a little noise in the room because of pour noise isolation, but it is not disturbed us much

The staff were very friendly and helpful - much more so than the NH Hesperia Cordoba, which we stayed at before coming to Sevilla.

Comfortable for business travellers and spacious hall

Absolutely uncomfortable the bathroom system with no bidet and wash basin interfering with clothing hangers. Immediate surroundings not very attractive.

This is an excellent hotel in seville : super central, with great and helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. We really recommend it!
