Location was good. Room was clean, shower was good.

Pool not in use because of time of year alas it would have been warm enough. Walls very thin in rooms so could hear lots of things in the night!

Close to all the tourist points and in the city. Very friendly staff and clean.

Room size and layout of hotel. Location was excellent.

No nespresso coffee in reception. Coat hooks needed in rooms for hanging coats etc. Would have liked another pillow for the bed. breakfast at 22 euro too expensive. Why can`t they offer a mini brekfast - coffee/croisant at 5 euro or so - we donµt want a huge buffet. Internet was very slow at times.

In a quiet part of town but walkable to the Barrio Gotico and Sagrada Familia. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff on reception.

The staff were very helpful on several occasions with very prompt action each and every time. We had Unfortunatly been given a room used by smokers though it was on the top floor as requested. When we asked for it to be changed there was no hesitation and it was achieved very smoothly with an upgrade given also. The room, on the second floor, faced the street from which there was very little noise. Loved the separate dressing room/ sink area from the bathroom -very handy for two ladies getting ready. Great access to the centre if you wish to walk or get metro. Handy for Airport bus which stops at Placa de Catalunya -approx 8mins walk.

We only seemed to get the tea/coffee facility in the upgraded superior room. Didn't notice as included in the first room.

The room was spacious. It was clean and practical. Wifi is good.

The location, It was a bit far from the central. However, it was near a metro stop so you can take the metro instead of walking

Great location. Beatifull hotel.

No staff to help with bags. Thin wall, we ear everything from other rooms. They gave us sigle beds instead of a queen or king bed as we requested.

The location for a city trip is perfect as the majority of the truistic locations are on walking distance + there is a Metro/Trainstation nearby

The room was lovely. Nice split level design and well appointed. We were running the half marathon and the hotel could not have been in a better location for this. Well located for all other tourist attractions too.

We ordered room service on our first evening as we arrived late. Even by room service standards, the price was ridiculous for what we were given. Also, the pool was empty and under construction which was not advertised in advance.

Breakfast was good , hotel and everything is good. Wifi does not work.

They say they have free wifi at rooms but wifi does not work at all. It has 1kb to 14 kb max. But its usually 1kb. It practically does not work anywhere in the hotel , not even at the lobby area.

Room was very nice, with interesting split level design. Staff were very helpful and kind. Hotel was near the old city and other points of interest

Toilet flushing mechanism didn't work quite right and latch for door onto balcony did not lock

For the price, excellent location, cleanliness and comfort.The roof top terrase is a gem - even in the winter season, whic was a pleasant surprice for us.

Breakfast buffet is the only price issue we see: for the limited choice options, it is decidedly on the expensive side. We do appreciate the emphasis on healthfood though ...

The location was excellent with close proximity to transportation. The breakfast buffet was superb with a great selection of different foods.

The wi-fi was slow and quirky. Though we recieved prompt service when one of our bed's legs broke, it looked as though the leg ha been broken previously and not adequately repaired.

1-Furnetuer 2-Decoration 3-Close to the center.

1- Bed was not comfortable (we were looking for king size and they have two single bed) 2- Internet was very very slow. 3- No iron for the cloth. 4- No flexibility for late check out.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was modern and split level, meaning it felt quite spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace and pool looked fantastic but it was too cold for us to enjoy them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We was given a map on arrival and was highlighted to all the main tourist 'must see' attractions which were all located near by. There were a number of metro stops located near the hotel, making it easy to get out of the main centre to areas such as Nou Camp. La rambla was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there were many bars/restaurants near by to choose from. The room was amazing! It was big and clean and provided everything we needed from the holiday. As we went for my partners Birthday, we was pleasently surprised to come back and find complimentary cakes and drinks from the hotel management, which was a nice personal touch. The pool area on the roof was really nice too, and although we didnt have time to make full use of it, it is an ideal location to watch the sunset and enjoy a few drinks after a long say of sight seeing! Great hotel and would stay here again when we next go!
