Staff, room and breakfast were excellent
Shower left bathroom floor saturated
The room was very good and modern. I loved the coffee machine in the room (Nespresso, and it was free). We were on 8th floor with nice, huge grass-covered balcony (plastic but funny). The breakfast was brilliant with also good coffee.
A bit smelly air (probably canal problem which comes from the bathroom drains).
Located within 10 minutes' walk from Av de America Metro Station Airport bus stop (probably just temporary) just across the street Comfortable room
Room charge does not include breakfast but there are few choices of restaurants nearby We were assigned a smoking room while we had requested a non-smoking room, and could not change as all smoking rooms were full.
Room good but in a dull area of town...need to take metro to see anything.
Hotel devoid of any life.....no character. However it's 30 metres from our Madrid office so dare say I'll use it again.
1. Convenient location for transportation - 5 mins' walk from Avenida de America Metro station (one exit has lifts up to the ground level) and a few steps from the airport bus route 200's temporary terminus 2. Clean and spacious room 3. Nice restaurant in the hotel
1. Need to walk up a few stairs at their front door - not good if you have a lot of heavy suitcases 2. No complimentary water except in superior rooms 3. Assigned a smoking room when we asked for a non-smoking room and they could only change it the following night. 4. Not many choices of restaurants around the hotel
1-Comfortable bed. 2-Clean and modern bathroom. 3-Friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. 4-amazing, out of this world breakfast. Is one of the best breakfasts that I've had in four star hotels. 5-direct proximity to IE University and the metro.
Not very close to the city centre
Breakfast Bathroom, shower Location Friendly staff
Floor of the room not completely clean Pricing of (mini)bar
Excellent location for us to visit our son in Madrid. Superior double room worth extra money, spacious, balcony, kettle etc Breakfast fantastic
Someone had been smoking on the balcony so room smelt of stale smoke!
Location was fine
Noise from street people coming home at night otherwise fine
Very, very good breakfasts! The location is excellent. Near to Av. de America station. The staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, and bathrooms modern.
Very Good Breakfast Menu
The beds are with wheels, so all the time sliding away
Noise from the corridor enters into the room ! WLAn did not work well at the room !
The free Wifi was spotty and unreliable
No tea and coffee facilities in the room
The room was clean, staff was nice. Good location. Good value for money
They offered different type of pillows. The "default" pillow were very bad (typical spanish long pillow) and I asked 3 times for a different kind they offered until the last night I finally was able to sleep.
WiFi signal level was pure, so we couldn't connect to the network. The sheet in the cot was dirty. The sheet on the bed was clent, but had some fluff on it.
One of the staff members from the reception felt bad for the initial bad experience and was extra nice and accommodating - his name is Oscar. Wifi is free (which should be a standard these days!) Clean overall.
They have junior suites where they put two double beds next to each other but it's useless for a couple since there is a 5 cm gap between both, so we changed into a Deluxe room since there were no other Junior Suites available with one Queen/ Kind size bed other than the one that did not have a window to the street! 30 minutes after moving into the Deluxe room I found dirty visible spots on the bed sheet and realized that the heating was not working and the maintenance people could not fix it. So they moved us to another Junior Suite which I don't know how it was finally available with a King size bed and a window to the street. Internet speed and reliability is mediocre. Room service hardl ever pick up the phone so you always have to call Reception for anything. Hotel lacks a concierge service so reception acts as both concierge and reception....
Location in the heart of the business area
Some time the staff in the front office are not friendly
