Location is near les corts metro station line 3 which is most of the must see places in Barcelona are in line 3 metro. Room is spacious with balcony.Internet is ok for minimal surfing. Fc barcelona stadium is nearby. we requested for double bed but we got 2 twin beds instead. NO coffee maker etc.

The hotel is very modern and clean and close to the Nou Camp. Staff are nice. Free wifi is good Their was a smell of sewage in our bathroom from the shower trap. When we complained a cleaner came & sprayed disinfectant in it but that didn't help. Also, restaurant closed between 4-8. Not very helpful for those wanting a slightly earlier dinner

The location, right next to Camp Nou was fantastic for me and the kids, since we were there to watch a game. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating to our wishes. Just great. It was a shame that the pool on the roof was closed. It is advertised on the booking.com website that there is a pool. But it's a minor thing...

Location to Nou Camp We booked a superior room and what we got was never a Superior room. Suposed to be a couch in room . We got a chair !!! Cracked flooring that I cut my toe on. No air conditionining and when I complained I was told that they hadn't had it for a week and was nothing they could do about it.No discount offered. No iron to use in hotel and no elec appliances (Eur / uk adaptor to borrow). Had to leave veranda door open until we left to get air in to cool place. Bar shut early. No food available from room service when we arrrived around 11:45pm after a nightmare journey from uk due to delays with bad weather.. Couldn't even prepare a sandwich for us. In general the Staff I would say in all my years of travelling were the worst I have experienced and I have stayed all over the world. The Reception actually hung up on me as I tried to get more info on why they had no iron.The worst part of this is that we have stayed in same hotel a few years ago and have absolutely praised both the staff and location to others when they spoke og going there. Hotel has gone totally downhill and looks like a one star now.Shame but wouldn't ever stay there again.A Hotel that would be better suited in a place such as Bulgaria or Romania but certainly not Barcelona.First change the owners need to look at is changing staff.

We were there for football match location great across from nou camp 3 mins from metro which takes you everywhere steff really helpful room good facilities good alround value for money 2 drinks in bar one night £7 40 next night same drinks £9 40 next nite same drinks £10 40 dont get that but thats my only complaint

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the rooftop pool and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. I have used NH before in Madrid and I have yet to be disspointed. The food is too expensive and the menu is very limited. But there are many restaruants and bars within walking distance which are cheaper. Also a bakery and supermarket just 2 doors away.
