NH Rallye  

We've come for fc Barcelona match. The hotel is located perfect for visit on Camp Nou. Also is a few minute walk for subway the you can get for airport and main tourist attractions. I can't sey much about food because I haven't eat in the hotel. Rooms are clean, personel is very profesional and polite esspecially nice and helpful is beautiful barmaid Emilia.

Weather was warm and they could fill in the swimming pool.

room cleanliness, fast check-in and check-out. Big toilet room with ensuite bath and shower

bugs in bathroom, room temperature supercold, below 10 C I still have sorethroat, beds typical of a guest house but not of a NH hotel. TV could not be smaller. Openthrough old-fashioned window in toilet let toxic air through the room. The hotel needs extensive renovation.

Perfect location for visiting Camp Nou and a football game.

Breakfast too expensive!

Location, Near FC Barcelona & Metro.

When researching I saw a nice outdoor heated swimming pool on your site. This helped me decide to book there. When I asked why it was not working I was told because it was outdoor !!

Hospitality of staff and English speaking capabilities which is so rare in Spain.

Charging for wireless is something I would like the hotel to stop.Wireless must be free for residents of the hotel

Loved the location, especially as it was so close to nou camp! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed our stay here! Would definately return

Wooden floors, quietness, cleanness.

The hotel's restaurant was not open during the weekend.

The hotel is clean and the staff was very cordial with us.

No free wifi in the rooms. Free wifi is only available near the reception. The hotel is also a bit far from the city center. The Las Corts metro station is only 5-10 minutes away but the metro closes at midnight. Then you have to rely on the night buses. The N3, N4 and N14 buses are the ones which pass close to the hotel (but not exactly in front of it).

When we arrived in the morning the receptionist nearly shouted at us "Do you have a reservation ?". I thought by myself "unfortunately yes". The receptionist gave us a very small room (8 qm) no. 810. I would say a standard single room with a very small bed. I complained in a polite way that for 7 days this room would be too small for us. I would pay a normal rate (749 Euros) and therefore I would like to have a standard nh double room, large and spacious. We got a new and nice room (No. 309) from the evening receptionist. After this complaint the recpetionists (during day and in the evening) ignored us completely were unfriendly and hostile the whole week. A complete new experience for me hotel that hotel staff treats me like this during my holidays. Is this a way to cope with justified criticism ?

Nice and clean, a good and stable breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful. Theres a pool on the roof which is really nice. I recommend the hotel!

Its quite far away from the city centre, takes about 20 min to get there. Not many restaurants around the hotel area.

The hotel was clean, staff nice and helpful with respect to the hotel category. I would use this hotel again without hesitation.

broadband WiFi access for €10 per 24 hours with a 2GB downloand, 50MB upload limit? Come on, I thought they were kidding. A local SIM card with mobile broadbend solved it for the same amount and almost three days.

The staff from reception was very helpful by providing needed information about departure flight.

It's location was perfet for the Nou Camp.

The noise from other guest rooms and stairwells was intolerable due to marble floors and kids running wild unsupervised.
