Excellent room, with a range of commodities. Friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant.

The hotel was not a 4 star more a 2 star but it was clean and in a good location

We arrived on new year eve only to discover the hotel restraunt was closed leaving us scurrying around trying to get a meal booked for the evening. Seemed like a ghost hotel for that night. We also required a double bed but instead got two singles put together that spilt in middle so my husband and i slept seperatly which we do not like doing!

Breakfast was a good continental breakfast with a wide choice. The sound proof of the bedroom windows excellent.

The receptionist constantly sneezing and wiping her nose on her hand. The hot water was brown during the whole of our stay. We didn't report it due to the above comment.

Service and price both good

Lack of Christmas decoration in foyer. No tea/coffee facility in room. Rude person in charge of casino

the staff was friendly and so helpful! easy to be right in the heart of the town. well laid out.

Very well designed and modern hotel. Excellent service.

The only issue I would have is that the parking is down the road a little and the roads are one way and narrow. However the concierge take the car to the car park once you get outside but you have to pick it up yourself.

the breakfast waiter was pretty good on the second morning and also the reception person when checking out. the room was clean and the room attendents were helpful.

when checking in i found the person unfreindly and unhelpful no smile.we was not shown which way to our room or told where anything was I.E. breakfast room bar lifts and also how to put the lights on.when we was in our room we had to keep curtains shut as it seemed to look onto a deralict site. the connection to the shower taps was broken with jagged edges and the bath water was orange even after running it 3x.went for breakfast the next morning (after finding it our self) and the waiter was also ignorant and never smiled once.also it took another guest a considerable time to receive 2 fried eggs. when checking out we got charged for parking nearly 32 euros which was not expected so it would not be on the top of our list of where to stay in mercia thank you.the rooms are in need of a bit of a make over holes in the black out curtains ect hope this helps you inprove on things as i will be returning to murcia but would not be staying with you again.

It is a very central hotel, close to the Cathedral and a lot of the main attractions. It is very clean & comfortable.

Excellet location for bars, restaurants and points of interest all at excellent value. Would definately recomend.

Room near the lift so the sound was a bit annoying so early in the morning.

Les produits de bains&shampoing de la marque NH dont je n'aime pas le parfum! mais ce n'est pas grave.
