Good location for shops, bars and transport. One of the best buffet breakfasts and you could order eggs and bacon if you wished.. Window would not open. Informed staff who checked but nothing was done about it.

Reception staff very welcoming on arrival, providing maps and info. About the city. A late afternoon request for extra pillows was met quickly even though the maids had probably gone home. The hotel promotes healthy eating but the breakfast fruit selection on a small platter, while very nice, tended to run out quickly and took a while to be replaced, however there were plenty of the usual continental breakfast options on offer and the omlettes cooked on request were very good. The room seemed spacious with quite a high ceiling and the air-con in the room worked quietly and very efficiently.

The cafeteria was not open most of the time despite the hotel literature stating it was open until midnight. This meant that the only choices for food were room service and the fairly expansive restaurant.

spacious room with 2 big beds / very friendly and helpful staff / extensive breakfast / excellent location pressure of water in shower too low (room on 5th floor) / ventilation in WC did not work (we did not complain officially during our stay)

La ubicación y los bares de la zona para desayunar. La ausencia de climatización nos hizo cocernos las cuatro noches que pasamos. Entre eso y la almohada no pegamos ojo. En recepción nos dijeron que éramos los únicos que teníamos calor, incluso que otros alojados se habían quejado del frío, mientras que desde la calle se podían ver muchas ventanas abiertas por la noche... Inadmisible en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Armarios antiguos y ruidosos. Apariencia general decadente. Caro.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città con un ottimo prezzo. Buono il buffet della colazione per essere un quattro stelle, ha un arredamento un pò retrò con qualche pecca. Copriletto rattoppato e pavimento non troppo a posto mi hanno lasciata un pò perplessa

La situació de l'hotel és molt bona. El tracte amb el personal molt bo. Si tinguessi que torna a Bilbao seria la primera opció a mirar / escollir. Per posar algun comentari a la secció "queixes". L'esmorzar del segon dia era més fluix, amb menys varietat. Però no es cap queixa, era molt correcte
