Free wi-fi. Front desk staff very helpful Air con in room almost useless. The hotel bar wasn't in use, Had to use a vending machine. Poor.

каждый день меняли полотенца и давали новые банные принадлежности, есть номера для курящих, приятный персонал, чисто и не было ничего сломанного. в нашем случае нам нужен был именно этот пригород, но в целом далекова- то, конечно, от центра и в самом городе кослада особо нечем заняться вечером

La ubicación para ir al centro de Madrid es bueno ya que hay trenes de cercanias. Hay bares cercanos, con café y tostada con tomate por 1 euro. La cama es muy cómoda. No tengo ninguna cosa negativa.

Nos agradó el estilo de habitaciones, en cuanto a su diseño; el tamaño y servicios de esta y el silencio. Tambien el trato cordial del personal. Nos disgustó el no disponer de wi-fi promocionado como gratuito en el lobby del hotel, ya que no funcionó durante toda nuestra estadía. Además deseamos expresar a título informativo, que en comparación con hoteles del continente americano de diversos países, poseen el servicio de internet (sea wi-fi o no) gratuito para huespedes.

Limpieza Es un nh Elegimos este hotel por la cercania al aeropuerto; entre semana el transporte se hace facilmente en autobus pero el fin de semana estas obligado a coger un taxi ( que sale casi tan caro como desde un hotel mas cercano al centro)
