Food & location of hotel
Wifi poor & entertainment not very good
Enjoyed hotel very much. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be returning. People complain about wifi, which is really only available in reception, but I never went on holiday for wifi
Staff are really helpfull. Food is very good and delicious. Entertainment during our stay was very nice. I recommend this hotel to family with children.
Poor wifi and internet.
Thot the bar prices expensive apart from that it's a very good hotel that's our second stay ..... We will be back.....
Food cleanliness staff reception
Outside area at night Seating in upstairs bar
The hotel has wonderful, friendly staff. The management should be very proud of them. I requested a high floor when booking, rang a couple of weeks to confirm this and was told the request was on record but we were given a room on the second floor but saying this, it was a lovely, spacious room and always spotless when our lovely maid had been in. The receptionist Noelia was such a nice young lady as were all the others but it was she who greeted us when we arrived and made a very good impression. Food always wonderful and the "smiling chef" was lovely. If you go here you will know who I mean at once!
The only thing which spoilt it a little, were the parents who didn't seem to care where their children were or what they were doing as long as they could sit and drink or sunbathe BUT as far as I understand the hotel will be adults only in 2015 so that is a big thumbs up and we will have no hesitation in returning or recommending this hotel to anyone
staff are excellent , food was very good.
hotel advertised as adults only from end of November. we went in December and there were a few children
The food was really excellent and varied menus at all sittings Breakfast Lunch or Dinner
Lack of a working Gym
Only the view from our room
The food was apalling an breafast was served cold our room was dirty a fidge full of stale water bathroom full of dirt an limescale we complained to managment but have had no response
Comfortable rooms lovely swimming pool
When showering bath was too slippy.
The location is good. Staff are very nice and helpful.
The rooms are renovated but not quite in 4 stars standard, the public area of the hotel is dated. Wifi is poor in room. The rooms are over priced.
We went for one night only. Double room and half board. Buffets for both dinner and breakfast were very good quality. Comfortable, good-sized room. We could walk to the show we had booked to see.
There was nothing to complain about.
The pool area. And breakfast
The wi-fi did not work up on the rooms just in lobby area even if i told the staff That it did not work elsewere. The meet in the evenings were a Little bit to similar each evening.
But the service in the restaurant can be much better.
Great value, good location, good food and friendly staff.
The hotel was central.
Rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon. Food cold.
Loved the location.....very clean....nice room apart from the view....food plenty of choice and good...
Did not like the view from the room....brick wall
Just a one night 2 day stay, what a shame we didn't book longer!! We were met by a fantastic receptionist who treated us soooo nicely, we arrived circa 10.15hrs & told that the normal checking in time was 14.00hrs but our room was cleaned and ready thus we could occupy immediately WHAT A PLUS POINT !! The room was simply perfect &100% spotless with a very upmarket new feel about it with a bathroom to match. The pools are heated & the area is very attractive with more than adequate loungers. Breakfast, as is the norm in any hotel was a bit crowded but in no way problematic ,dinner was much quieter with a choice of sittings 18.00 or 20.00hrs.Also some nice evening entertainment, and decent UK channels on a Quality 32" LG TV in the room. All in all a great choice of hotel. Would I stay again - YES in a heart beat. WELL DONE NOELIA !!!
Very Little, If I was to pick holes the pool loungers could have been a better quality - but that really was not a big deal !!
Everthing was excellent. Will. Be there next year
location is good.
we booked a superior room for a special occassion. On arrival being given room key only to see our room was a basic double. On return to reception to point out their mistake they then stated no superior rooms were available and either they or booking.com had made a mistake. I would have booked another hotel if I would have known this. I checked with them direct a month prior about my booking which they confirmed. I still after asking 3 times whose error it was await for a response.
location, staff, everything was well catered for.
Wi-Fi in room wasn't all that
No coffee and tea in room
The food was better here than the Dream Hotel Villa Tagoro where we stayed all-inclusive 3 weeks ago. Staff were friendly enough, although the animation team here compared to the Tagoro were virtually non-existent.
Didnt like the fact there was no kettle in room to have tea/coffee. Which meant any hot drink in hotel had to pay 2 euros for! That's after paying top money to stay in first place. The girl on reception when we arrived kept saying the fridge was free, which did make us laugh. The location for us was a little out of the way, talking to different people in town we found more reasonable priced hotels, for instance the Parque la Paz all inclusive for £400 a week and their rooms, which we saw, had a kitchenette included. Ours was not much more than a studio, small balcony, no sun at all during the day. Wifi was come and go apart from in reception area.
Staff Pool Room size Balcony in the sun
Really uncomfortable bed No wifi in room as stated in facilities Food not hot
