Great place to stop overnight on the drive from Barcelona to Granada. Free parking and great ocean views from the room. Great going to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing.
The location on the beach with wonderful views Very friendly staff Very good value for money Fabulous private terrace
The restaurant was closed on the 4 nights we stayed
A very quiet location on the beach outside of the city centre of Denia. Convenient for touring the Costa Blanca north coast. Missed out on eating in the restaurant as closed Sunday evening and Monday. [probably due to the time of the year]
Great for a beachside getaway. Very peaceful at this time of year (November) as a lot of accommodation was closed. It was great to go for long walks. A car is needed for a quick trip into town for dinner - lots of choices for dining. Good continental breakfast.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but we did know this as it is mentioned on Booking.com site.
very spanish, very happy welcoming staff at the hotel with a chilled out feeling, deffinately go there again and would advise anybody to do the same.
Great views from the room.
The hotel touches the soft golden sandy beach. The staff couldn't be friendlier. Nothing was too much trouble from loaning me a hair dryer for the duration of my stay to helping my partner complete his "ice bucket" challenge! Fresh seafood was the order of the day, make sure you reserve a table for the octopus bar b que! The rooms are simply furnished, extremely clean, but with super large beds & extra comfy mattresses! This hotel is a gem.
Sometimes the service could be a little slow in the restaurant .however, that was probably due to the fact it was always so busy because of the excellent food. If you want a table with the best sea view you have to book EARLY!!
Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of hotel. Mostly occupied by Spanish people, with perhaps the occasional German. Not all staff speak English and while we didn't find it too much of a problem, some might.
The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive and the menu was limited. On several occasions we were told that we could not have something on the menu unless we both had it. As our tastes differ we found this very frustrating.
Great hotel. Staff were really helpful and nice. Location was literally on the beach (couldn't have been better!). Beds/pillows very comfy. All necessary needs taken care of well. If you are looking to book here I'd recommend going for a room with a sea view, we didn't and unfortunately saw what we missed out on as we were leaving... All in all, solid hotel, would definitely consider returning.
A bit noisy around breakfast time as we were quite close to the kitchen, but wasn't overly loud to cause major problems. Was a bit on the expensive side for what we got.
Location right on the beach. Quiet hotel which is a big plus in Spain.
Bathroom lighting too dim.
Absolutely lovely location. Well worth upgrading for a sea view. Beautiful amazing view. Barely ever anyone on the beech. The breakfasts were lovely and serve to 11am for those who like a sleep in!! Staff very friendly and helpful!
Bed was a little soft so my back hurt a bit each day. Restaurant staff do not speak English so bring your Spanish phrase book! Not really a complaint though as authentic! No kettle in the room.
Balcony with views over the sea
Sign post very hard to see
Peaceful, beachside location. Huge and very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful, English speaking staff. Good quality and good range of food for continental breakfast
Restaurant wasn't open in the evening, although we did try lunch one day, which was also good quality and plentiful.
Staff could not have been more considerate or kinder, especially as we had to change our booking several times as we had had problems and crashes with our vehicles
family warm style, feels like home.
Very isolated from other bars and restraunts. Car essential
Second visit and just as relaxing. Always a friendly welcome and a fabulous location. Looking forward to the next time !
Lack of hot-water. I go to hotels partly because I don't have a bath in my house and i'ts my one little luxury ! I was really looking forward to this on my 2nd visit but sadly, the hot-water seemed to not be working. Maybe better luck next time.
