you might need air con on, rather than the window open, as it is a noisy road until late evening, but I did not mind that, just take mosquito plug ins with you, my last two nights I was disturbed, but that can happen anywhere hot.
all overseas hotels need notices requesting visitors to open doors quietly, and speak quietly at night, because without carpet on the floor, sound travels, and I had noisy neighbours at times. the lift noise is unavoidable.
nice and friendly. the location is excellent for the buses to get out of Cadaques, the bus station is two minutes to the rear of the hotel. hotel five minuten enjoyable walk to the front of the bay.
Emma will tell you how to get to the path for Salvador Dahli's house, so worth a visit, wonder views. book online to view it, makes life easier and worth the trek there for sure. She will tell you about the Landline train to Cap Creus, ypu can go by either of two boats, I liked the train, as you go right inland, wonderful views too.
Emma will if you are interested in Dahli, tell you about his museum in Figueres, worth queuing for, but easier in cooler months, less people. Buses go to Rosas, a nice town, journey time half hour, an hour and you will be in Figueres.
Nice little hotel, and if weather is good you can breakfast or have an afternoon cuppa or drink out in
the courtyard. hotel clean and my room was nicely decorated.
enjoyed my stay and Emma and Bettina were very pleasant and helpfu.
