Staff were excellent and most helpful. Restaurant was very good. Bathroom was poor as hot water took ages to come through. Breakfast poor and didn't start till 8am, which was not very good for our party.

All expectations met from Hotel, Booking.com, however, acquired a price double that which I got from the hotel as an unannounced walk up for the night prior to the Booking.com reservation Not pleased with that.

La ubicación es perfecta. El hotel es una maravilla en cuanto a limpieza, comfort y servicios. Adornado en plan temático romano, es de buena calidad. El precio y ubicación lo hacen ideal para una escapada. Dificil aparcamiento por la zona, pero es normal dado que estás a 200 metros del teatro romano.

Tiene parking, aunque es de pago, en el mismo edificio.la habitacion era muy espaciosa, confortable, limpia, estaba muy bien. Muy bien ubicado, a dos minutos andando del coliseum. Lo recomiendo. Sobre el desayuno no puedo hablar porque desayunamos fuera.

Hotel tranquilo. La cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno bufé estaba incluído en el precio y era sencillo, pero variado. A pesar de que desde que entramos en Mérida lo vimos señalizado en varias ocasiones, tuvimos que callejear un rato hasta dar con él. La recepcionista era poco comunicativa.

É um hotel simples, bem localizado e limpo. Tem um excelente parque de estacionamento. O pequeno almoço é fraquíssimo. A InterNet é paga e tem sinal fraco. O quarto e casa de banho eram um pouco acanhados.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Cerca de los sitios de interés para visitar, al igual que de la zona de tapas y comercios. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento, de lo mejor. Habitación amplia, el baño cuenta además con un calefactor de aire y hay muy buena presión en la ducha; todo muy limpio. Esos días hacía mucho frío y el hotel estaba perfectamente acondicionado. MUY RECONMENDABLE No tengo ninguna pega.
