Nova Roma is ideally located for visiting the rich archeological sites of Merida. Check-in proved slightly challenging due to the inability of the receptionist to converse easily in English.

Central position so we were able to walk to all the places of interest. Rooms good size and quiet. Plenty of restaurants locally. Wi Fi advertised as 55cents per hour when in fact it was 2€ for one 3 hour session.

Lo que má me ha gustado es la ubicación y la limpieza. Lo que menos los colchones y el ruido del piso de arriba (que había una pareja con su hijo/a) y no paraba de oírse el ruido de un niño jugando en el suelo, tirando cosas y rodando juguetes hasta altas horas de la noche, no se puede descansar así. Aconsejaría ubicar a las familias donde no puedan molestar a las parejar, o bien, insonorizar mejor las habitaciones.

Que estuviese próximo del centro. La habitación triple que nos dieron dejaba mucho que desear y no acorde a un hotel de tres estrellas. La relación calidad-precio no esta en consonancia..

La ubicación. Está cerca de todos los monumentos que hay que visitar en Mérida. Se pueden recorrer a pie. Es muy flojo para un tres estrellas. Habitación muy pobre en decoración y comodidades. Necesita pintura nueva en las paredes.

Não houve incidentes de maior. Wc simples mas bem limpo e a água do duche tinha boa pressão e temperatura da água regulada com facilidade. Parque do Hotel. Situando-se o Hotel na cidade, muito perto da zona histórica, o estacionamento é difícil. Parque pago! Por cerca de 12 horas 10€52! Quarto de traseiras com janela para "caixa" interior = vista zero! Calor excessivo no quarto. Debaixo de uma cama estava um lenço de papel com pingas de sangue...

Hotel com boas áreas comuns e quartos simples, mas limpos e razoavelmente confortáveis. Internet barata e estacionamento no próprio hotel. Bem localizado em relação aos pontos turísticos da cidade. O ponto negativo é o café da manhã somente a partir de 8:00h. Não tem sentido um hotel numa cidade turística não disponibilizar este serviço mais cedo.

Pessoal cordial. A proximidade de toda a zona histórica que vale a pena visitar. O estacionamento privado que é uma mais valia importante para quem viaja de automóvel. Zona sem barulhos ou mal frequentada. Em resumo foi uma boa escolha.
