for us,english speaking staff on the reception desk was a real boon,especially when asking for specific directions. the restuarant staff were helpful with request,s no problems . the bed was lovely and comfortable.no noise from outside the hotel good value for money all round thank you

We were en route to the UK and wanted to stay close to the ferry terminal it is a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant was not open but we went to the Bar/Restaurant across the road and had a nice meal!

The disabled room was not correct my wife had to sleep in her wheelchair as the bed would not take her hoist the bed wrong design for a disabled room did complain but no help wiull not use again !!!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for Bilbao port. Nice room but the frosted glass bathroom door without a lock was irritating. Sitting on the loo was like sitting in the room due to the huge amount of glass in the bathroom door...a little privacy would have been nice!! Also the lack of a lock with a sliding door that didn't fit flush further added to a lack of privacy. I'm sure door locks aren't that expensive and frosted glass in a toilet...stupid.

The hotel was very comfortable, excellent room with well functioning air conditioning. Staff all spoke English, or at least tried their very best to do so and to help us. Very nice breakfast, snacks and drinks. I read that one of the other reviews stated that the swimming pool was more like a pond. I disagree. Although it is not very big, it was lovely and clean and there was a life guard present throughout the day. A safe environment for families with young children. Several members of staff gave us directions to lovely beaches and villages nearby and did everything they could to be of service to us. Another thing others complained about was the trouble they had finding the carpark. We didn't have any trouble finding it as there were clear signs directing you to the garage. All in all: Wonderful and we will definitely come back!

signage to parking a little confusing.....slow check in and checkout......trying to get out of car park was annoying....validated ticket did not work....machine wasn't functioning normally......

En general todo los empleados muy amables,buen servicio,la ubicacion etc

Me resultó fácil todo lo que allí tuve que hacer, era un viaje de negocios, y pude coordinar bien desde esta posición de Bilbao lo que iba a hacer. Cómodo, funcional, buen trato del personal y eficiencia.

No hay nada que destacar como malo, todo ha ido bien.

торговый центр "мега" и супермаркет рядом, зеленые пейзажи и горы прямо за окном, неплотная застройка. до центра города несложно добраться на метро. также недалеко ехать до бискайкого моста (а до пляжей - либо через него, либо с пересадкой через центр). отличный завтрак. Mega Mall and Eroski supermarket are near, green landscapes and hills are right behind the window, and there are non-dense buildings around. The city is available by subway, The Vizcaya Bridge is available by subway or by bus. Excellent breakfast!

недалеко от отеля проходит оживленное шоссе, поэтому окно во время сна и просмотра тв приходилось держать всегда закрытым, т.к. мешал шум. два англоязычных канала (какой-то американский и рашатудей) плюс 10 испанских. уезжали в 6 утра (завтрак с 7), но в собой ничего не дали (я не особо расссчитывал, но где-то дают). There is a some noise from motorway, so I had to keep a window closed (esp. during sleep or watching TV). 2 English channels (smth. from the US and RussiaToday) and 10 Spanish channels. We left at 6am (while included breakfast is from 7am), and didn't get anything (I hoped a bit on a packed lunch, because it is common).

Pour 4 personnes, le lit pour les enfants est une banquette qui manque vraiment de largeur. Ne convient qu'a 2 jeunes enfants.

Es un hotel moderno, los pisos de las habitaciones tienen parquet y no las antigienicas moquetas. El parking para los coches es amplio y accesible.

En la habitacion no hay suficiente espacio para ordenar (colgar) la ropa, no tiene propiamente un ropero, es un espacio abierto y pequeño. Faltan tomas de electricidad tanto en la habitacion como en el cuarto de baño, en este hay una toma pero solo para maquina de afeitar electrica, si mi esposa queria plancharse el cabelo debia hacerlo en otro lugar y no frente a un espejo. El espacio de la ducha es pequeño, los hoteles deben tomar en cuenta que este espacio no puede ser menor de 90x90 cm. El servicio de internet es debil, se corta periodicamente. Si bien el hotel está en una zona comercial importante, está alejado del centro de la ciudad y de una estacion de metro. El dia de nuestra partida esperamos para desayunar a las 7 hs, al llegar al comedor tuvimos que esperar mas de un cuarto de hora pues el servicio no estaba preparado.

Situación cerca del Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC)

Desayuno: poca variedad y calidad del bufette (pan congelado, zumo de naranja no natural, no hay cacao, etc.) no acorde con la categoría del hotel. No aceptan tarjeta de débito como garantía (solo crédito) pero a la hora de pagar hubo un problema con el TPV y entonces no solo aceptaban sino que solicitaban pago en metálico
