Amazing Hotel for an amazing price. Loved every day we stayed there. Close to a children's park, which was great. Very close to the Metro line, which was amazing. Restaurant was open till 11pm Pools were clean and well managed.

The Restaurant can be a bit better. Small portions, expensive food. Breakfast was ok. eggs too oily Pool water is very very cold. BUT pools were clean and well manned.

The facility is good and clean. It is located only two minutes away from the metro station and has good access to the convention center.

Amenity service was poor.There were no slippers in the room and was no toothbrush in the bathroom> Later, it turned out that it was necessary to take toothbrush at the front desk but the desk told nothing about it when I checked in. Also, the breakfast was extremely simple and not good.

Very nice hotel.Good location near the metro line 8 . Esay to go go to city center . Near by about 10 mn walk big shopping center Corte Ingles with many restaurants. Nice and clean are so no need to be in the city center Room size perfect

There was no restaurant in the hotel or nearby. In the bar there was pizza and sandwiches, however, no Spanish food, which we wanted to try:(

Price of breakfeast is highly exagerated, with only a buffet like we had to eat for all day in one meal!!!!!!!!!! Bathroom floortiles not well cleaned

Is slightly isolated and hence might not be liked by families. There is nothing to do in the vicinity.But perfect for business and people who want to be close to the airport.

The hotel is close to the airport (there is a free shuttle) and very close to a metro station.

Besides the breakfast was expensive (16 EUR/person), it was not good. Staff not gentle - spetially in the restaurant. Restaurant food not good and too expensive. I booked by booking.com about two weeks before a non-smoking room. When I got there, I was told they have rooms available only in smokers. In the end - after some trials - they "found" me a non-smoker room.

Location

Room is updated. I changed my original reservation for 2 pax to 3 pax and 3rd pax accomodation was on very unconfortable couch. We should call every time for towel and amenities for 3rd pax.

Good price for a room with breakfast, quiet, close to the airport. Staff was very helpfull when my husband discovered that he picked some one else's suitcase in the airport shuttle bus.

Very plain, as most of the hotels in the airport areas, - extremely boring design and total lack of athmosphere. But no one would actually expect it in this type of hotel, - fair enough.

Clean, comfortable and just a 15 minute free shuttle ride to and from Barajas T4 every half hour. Fast check in and out, quiet rooms, very comfortable beds, free WiFi and free internet PCs with printer in the lobby. Tea/coffee making in room. Only 200m walk to subway station into Madrid city centre

Ugly, expensive coffee shop and bar. For the same price try the Pullman Hotel next door where at least there is some atmosphere for your money. Lots of cafes nearby but all closed at weekends.

Staff was excellent, very polite and did everything to serve you without discrimination. Hotel's location was very near to metro, only 150 meters, which was very convenient.

I think that administration should review their policy about their price regarding overstaying for a few hours longer as the hotel is usually used as a stopover and it is situated in a place without any kind of activity or shops in order to spend the remaining time for your next flight.

The tea and coffee station wasn`t well stocked there was one decaf coffee one normal and 1 or 2 tea bags with only 2 tiny milks!
