Ideal for airport and if travelling from France to Spain as it is close to AutoRoute between Barcelona and French border so good overnight stop. Basic but edible meals. Outdoor pool probably good in the summer months to cool off.

Excellent breakfast buffet, good bedclothes, very fast internet connection, free transfer from/to the airport even late at night.

There was extra bed in the room, but it wasn't set at all - I had to make the bed for my child myself after midnight! Hotel is bit old - slightly renovated and clean, but you feel the age.

Problems with booking one room for 2 adults and 3 children! Scandic hotels I Scandinavia offers familyroom, why not in Spain Novotel?

Vicinity to Girona-Costa Brava airport.

Very-very small rooms, ugly bathrooms. Not flexible management. We booked a family-room for 4 people, actually they have no family room. They gave us 2 connected rooms, but charged then 50% more than in initial booking. We felt kind of cheated ... Management would not go for a compromise. Will not go back to this hotel!

Ideal hotel to have a break between flights or night before flight. Five minutes away from airport but no any noise from airport has been noticed. Breakfast was good.

Restorant was already closed when we arrived at 15:00 and open only at 19:00. My opinion since hotel far from city (11 km to Girona) openning hours must be more flexible to travellers.

Absolutely nothing good to say,maybe the location-if you need to stay for just one night before your next flight. Though you can find a better solution-a hotel just opposite Novotel-Salles Girona Airport. Four star spa hotel with wonderful interiors and nutritious breakfast!))

Just had a transit stay near airport.

Expected better quality as Novotel brand but lower - shower almost broken, lesser bed quality etc.

Very friendly personal, very good "baby corner" in the hotel hall.

A little space within family room, it seems just ordinal double with sofa. But it was definitely enough for one night.

Internet and kids room!

Shuttle service is NOT FREE! Hotel is located in the middle of the woods. Rooms are old. Food at restaurant is so overpriced and quality of food is terrible! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

- The restaurant opened at 19.30 pm which is too late for us and our children to eat dinner. We could not eat anything else when roomservise also opended 19.30. - I thought breakfast were included in the price. We were traveling with an early flight and had no breakfast at all.

I thought it was a charming hotel, which despite a forbidding exterior, was elegant and quiet once I got inside. The staff could not have been more helpful, and I had a very good meal in the restaurant in the evening. My room was spacious and most comfortable, and QUIET! I found the 'music' in the dining room a little too loud however, as it somewhat prevented me from reading my book in peace. A small complaint, but I would return to this hotel every time when I am flying from Girona and need over-night accommodation.

Location is good. Close to the airport.

There is no complementary water. Only very expensive water in the minibar. The hotel had charged my credit card in my home currency before arriving and presented me with a receipt where it was stated that I had been offered a choice of currency and accepted the rate. I asked to be charged in euro according to my booking but they where unable to change it.

nice staff. The hotel reimburse the money of Taxi from airport to hotel. And also free to airport nextday.

The wall in hotel is not soundproof. You can hear the chatting from neighbors
