Confortable room. Clean and quiet hotel. Good and varied breakfast. Good location and well served by transports.

The price of a 24h car stay (garage) for a client of the hotel was expensive.

I liked absolutely everything! It was perfect one night stay.

Very friendly staff. I found them very helpful with my family of 18. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The price was right for the quality of the hotel.

Rooms very clean. Meals were excelent. Lots of restaurants and shoppiing nearby.

Convenient location to city center and Santa Justa train station. Many restaurants around the area and a shopping mall just next to the hotel, no problems with meals. Hotel buffer breakfast was also very good.

Carpets and beddings a little old and worn out. The staff forgot to give us a wake-up call and we almost missed our train to Cordoba but thankfully the hotel is so near to the train station, we made it there on-time!

A couple of things first the laundry facility was a big problem, it said on my booking that it has one when I had ask the receptionist she told me that they do have it but the hotel is the one that does it for you, which made it good just that they did not operate sunday and when you look at the price for one item for example a shirt is about 6 Euro. For each all other clothes item are listed which was too much. That was not fair for me, if that was the case they should make sure they implement that information in the information of hotel much better stating their is no laundry self service. As well we had come in really late about 2 am and we already have a key to swipe in to up the elevator, but before we try to get in the building the doors did not open, so we had to press a buzzer in order to get in, but before that the receptionist asked us who we was and what room are we in. "What?" I dont get it, we have a card to get in the elevator that was really irritating. Then they were doing some constructing out of the hotel which it would have been since if the publish this information in the booking information of the hotel, they knew about this and the receptionist does not say anything I find out by a poster in my room after I just checked in. So inconvience when you have kids with you and you hear all that noice out there. For the price all that was not worth it at all.

Good location near to the subway and shopping malls (3 stations to city center). Room had a lot of space with a sofabed that could be used by more 2 people. Bathroom was very good and the bed was big and comfortable. Wifi worked well and parking was in the same building below the reception.

Coffe and bacon was awful.Bed not as good as in other hotels, Pillow too soft and large. Perhaps next time a hotel closer to center.

Second time staying at this hotel and again our time spent there was faultless! Two teenage boys travelling with me and ideally the hotel backed on to the Seville football stadium - they were happy! The swimming pool on the roof is also a real plus point of this hotel, together with it's really central location - just a 15 minute stroll to the beautiful backstreets and alleyways of this wonderful City.

I regret to observe that overall service in this place has become worse since last summer. We chose this hotel because we had liked it when we had stayed there in July 2011, but this time everything was worse: a room smaller and less clean, breakfast with less choice of food and first of all untasty bread and truly horrible coffee and tea (water was not hot enough and even Twinnings tasted awfully). So please please, get rid of this ineffective coffee machine!!! And I am sorry to say that but it happened each time we contacted them: reception officers were either incompetent or extremely 'assertive'.

Exactly as described. Easy to find. Easy to park. The walk to the Old Town was no problem. Staff at reception could not have been more helpful

I strongly recommend this Hotel, it is amazing

Fabulous from the start. Parking was easy to get in to and dedicated to the hotel; greatly appreciated the parking having traveled around Europe enough to realize how precious parking can be. We arrived before noon and were hoping to check in early as we were traveling with a dog. Staff was courteous & helpful and checked us into a room within a few minutes. We were able to leave our dog in the room while we went out to see the area. We were able to walk to the sights we wanted to see and enjoy the pool on the roof afterwards. This was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at in all of Europe with a shower that had plenty of elbow room with its unique wrap around curtain at the shower end.

Location - close to Santa Justa railway station - 300-400 m - close to the city center - app. 800 m - close to Sevilla FC stadium - 200 m - close to shopping facilities (e.g. El Corte Ingles, Nervion shopping center, etc.) - 100 m - close to the metro and bus stop - 50-100 m And it was clean, furnitures are good, but a bit older, bathroom was good with a bigger bathtube.

We were only there for one night found the hotel staff very helpful efficient and friendly. We dined in the restaurant and found service and quality excellent. Has a dedicated parking area within a public parking with direct access to the hotel. We will be returning soon.
