The hotel was a about a 30min walk from Sanxenxo and a taxi ride was €7 each way.

It was the only hotel I could get for my event (pontevedra euro triathlon),i had a bike delivered to your hotel and your staff were great with that,and overall your staff were fantastic,hotel nice and clean,and even though we left early for our plane your night porter was cheerfull and made us a coffee,wee pleased. Only down point was the food!!!!..i know it always ties in with the cost of what we pay ,it was clean but poor,the bread rolls have no taste at all!!!,the waiters,waitresses always looked embarrassed,there you go.

El trato recibido por el personal de recepción ha sido excepcional El mobiliario un poco antiguo y la estancia durante los tres primeros dias no fue del todo completa, el buffet era pobre y las instalaciones estaban algunas sin abrir, hasta el cuarto dia no estaba en hotel en pleno funcionamiento y esto se tendria que haber comunicado antes de la reserva..

La zona del spa y piscina. La ubicación. Bastante ruido a las mañanas, si la habitación da a la entrada del hotel. Mobiliario muy antiguo, cama muy pequña. Desayuno muy normalito.

Me ha llamado la atencion la cantidad de servicios con los que cuenta: piscina exterior, piscina cubierta, spa, zona de tumbonas con cafeteria, discoteca, etc La relacion calidad precio es excelente, tienen un restaurante enorme y con un menu variado por 12€, el suplemento por la sesion de spa es muy asequible y sobre todo destaca por la alta calidad de atencion y amabilidad de todos sus empleados. Es un lugar super recomendable para hacer una escapada tanto de vacaciones como de fin de semana.

El personal fue muy atento con un trato muy amable. Dispone de plaza de párking, todas las habitaciones tienen terraza (la nuestra con vistas a la piscina), ascensor... En la habitación doble creo que debería de haber una cama de matrimonio en vez de 2 camas gemelas (o por lo menos preguntar con antelación que tipo de cama se desea). Todo lo demás nos pareció muy correcto.

el trato del personal es fantástico, nos han tratado todos muy bien. la mala insonorización, porque la gente que habla por los pasillos a las siete de la mañana se oye perfectamente desde la cama, y ni que contar las duchas de los vecinos.
