“This is a lovely old building with a grand marble staircase, nicely decorated. I had a good sized single room with comfortable bed, pillow and bathroom a small bathtub. The room got the morning sun which was really pleasant.”

Amazingly good value. I fell completely in love with the hotel: an elegant old building in a quiet location right in the heart of the city. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds are really new, firm and about the most comfortable I have come across in a hotel of any category.

To me it seemed like an a traditional, Spanish hotel. Good value for money and handy for the town centre and sights. We changed rooms after the first night because of traffic noise- best to avoid rooms overlooking the street. Breakfasts could have been a bit more imaginative with more choice.

This hotel is in a typical portuguese town house, and has been open since the 1920s.we had a comfortable if old style room. loved the atmosphere in the hotel.it is run by a family, breakfast simple but really enjoyed it in the old fashioned dinging room.. they have a free internet station which we appreciated. we would stay here again. location was great overlooking a side street. there was no street noise. a little over priced .The lobby and especially the dinging room very cold. but we had a very good heater in the bedroom

We had read a review and it sounded like great value in a good location. As it was not a busy time we were offered the option of having the amazing room 208 at no extra cost. It was fantastic! Also couldn't believe such a cheap price for such a great place. Family run and they were very helpful Only problem (and it was not an issue) was no wifi but they had a computer in a common area which we used and although slow it did the job

It is tucked in a corner of the old town and fairly quiet. The interior is very open, with much llight and space. It is family-owned and therefore operated with great care. We were treated very well in all respects, given the kind of room with windows and balconey that we prefer and even allowed a rare parking spot due to our early departure for an early flight the next day. There is nothing we did not like about Hotel nuevo.

This is a lovely old building with a grand marble staircase, nicely decorated. I had a good sized single room with comfortable bed, pillow and bathroom a small bathtub. The room got the morning sun which was really pleasant. It was very clean and well looked after. The staff, especially female staff were really lovely and helpful. I also had some much needed help from the male staff with my luggage. Well located, very close to the main attractions of Jerez (5-10min), as well as within walking distance of the bus and train stations which are right next to each other (about 20 min walk). Great value for money. No lift, but was helped with my luggage up to the 3rd floor so it wasn't a problem. The stairs were really steep though, so if you think you may have a problem check that you can get a room on a lower floor.

Close to major square and bodegas. Could walk to everything. Parking was in the garage under the square, about 13 euros. Street parking would have been cheaper but was difficult to find.

It was an interesting old house in the middle of the town. No parking at the hotel. Public parking available fairly close but very expensive. It cost us nearly half the hotel room cost for overnight parking!

The building was traditional and historical with character. Great location, very close to the main square. Good, basic breakfast included in price. Clean and comfortable.Building work in progress to upgrade building with a lift and an apartment at the top. This did not cause aproblem and should be finished by end of this year.

Good location, about a half block from a plaza. Walk to Gonzales Byass Bodega and old town. We were there on a Saturday and were able to park overnight on the street. No WiFi, but there is a computer on the first floor you can use for free. No elevator. The TV was older, and didn't really work.

The hotel itself was historical and very beautiful on the inside. The room was tiny and only had one channel on the tv but it was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. I had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs.

all i need, basic but comfortable - good bed, air con, self contained bathroom, daily cleaning and replacement of towels, breakfast and obliging staff. And of course unbeatable location. suggest muesli a welcome addition to cornflakes and coco-pops at breakfast.

Pretty modern hotel inside the renovated andalucian house. Everything is very clean, the facilities are working well, rooms are comfortable. Very good location. Very peaceful district (no bars, big shops, etc). The hotel itself is quiet (despite of lots of people stayind). The walls are thin but it did not disturb me since other guests were very quiet. After two nights I decided to stay more but all the rooms were booked. So the only disadvantage that you need to book in advance.

An old fashioned, authentic feel to the hotel. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was basic but good. The breakfast room lacked any atmosphere and would benefit from some plants. The decor was a bit bland.

It's in a great location and the hotel is renovated from an ancestral home so has an interior courtyard. Our room looked moorish with a decorated ceiling and arches but what was weird was the en-suite bathroom which was really an elaborate screen wall - tiled and ornate - but all noises (and smells!) came into the main bedroom as the wall was really a partition and did not reach the ceiling. The whole place was very atmospheric and very well located. However, even in April, it was extremely noisy and we did not sleep well. The so-called "ensuite facilities" which were really a partition of our room (no. 208). Also one person on reception was very unfriendly.

I can't say anything good about the hotel. To make a long story short: boorish receptionist, very low quality of room, intensive smell of bleach in the room, dirty bedlinen (permanent stains), poor breakfast

Very interesting design. Great location. 5 minutes walk from main square. Free internet. Poor breakfast but didn't expect anything better for 40 euro for double room. A lot of noise at night.
