The hotel was well situated, and good value. A lift was being installed, and although this did not inconvenience us, we were given free breakfasts as compensation for any noise. The staff were friendly, the room clean. We would be happy to return.

Amazingly good value. I fell completely in love with the hotel: an elegant old building in a quiet location right in the heart of the city. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds are really new, firm and about the most comfortable I have come across in a hotel of any category.

The building was traditional and historical with character. Great location, very close to the main square. Good, basic breakfast included in price. Clean and comfortable.Building work in progress to upgrade building with a lift and an apartment at the top. This did not cause aproblem and should be finished by end of this year.

Pretty modern hotel inside the renovated andalucian house. Everything is very clean, the facilities are working well, rooms are comfortable. Very good location. Very peaceful district (no bars, big shops, etc). The hotel itself is quiet (despite of lots of people stayind). The walls are thin but it did not disturb me since other guests were very quiet. After two nights I decided to stay more but all the rooms were booked. So the only disadvantage that you need to book in advance.

We had read a review and it sounded like great value in a good location. As it was not a busy time we were offered the option of having the amazing room 208 at no extra cost. It was fantastic! Also couldn't believe such a cheap price for such a great place. Family run and they were very helpful Only problem (and it was not an issue) was no wifi but they had a computer in a common area which we used and although slow it did the job

It is tucked in a corner of the old town and fairly quiet. The interior is very open, with much llight and space. It is family-owned and therefore operated with great care. We were treated very well in all respects, given the kind of room with windows and balconey that we prefer and even allowed a rare parking spot due to our early departure for an early flight the next day. There is nothing we did not like about Hotel nuevo.

A very central hotel in a lovely old building. It was on a quiet side street. The room was bigger than you often get in hotels in this price range. The staff were friendly and efficient. No complaints at all.

This is a lovely old building with a grand marble staircase, nicely decorated. I had a good sized single room with comfortable bed, pillow and bathroom a small bathtub. The room got the morning sun which was really pleasant. It was very clean and well looked after. The staff, especially female staff were really lovely and helpful. I also had some much needed help from the male staff with my luggage. Well located, very close to the main attractions of Jerez (5-10min), as well as within walking distance of the bus and train stations which are right next to each other (about 20 min walk). Great value for money. No lift, but was helped with my luggage up to the 3rd floor so it wasn't a problem. The stairs were really steep though, so if you think you may have a problem check that you can get a room on a lower floor.

Close to major square and bodegas. Could walk to everything. Parking was in the garage under the square, about 13 euros. Street parking would have been cheaper but was difficult to find.

It was an interesting old house in the middle of the town. No parking at the hotel. Public parking available fairly close but very expensive. It cost us nearly half the hotel room cost for overnight parking!

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, and very reasonable price for its location in the heart of Jerez-walking distance to many sites and activities. Minor-Missed having the strong Spanish coffee with their breakfast.

Lovely characterful hotel in a great location, easily walk-able to the town centre. Stayed in room 208 after reading the online reviews & it really is gorgeous so do request it when booking! The staff were really helpful & the breakfast quite basic but adequate. Not really to do with the hotel but we weren't informed about parking in the blue zones so had our rental car towed away! However it didn't take too long to release it from the compound after paying a €75 release fee so do be aware!!
