Gotta get taxi/car to get from/to airport/train-station as not very easy to get there for pedestrians. .

Good facilities for casual business meetings. Pleasant comfortable surroundings.

Bar snack menu could be a bit more adventurous and more Spanish.

We ended our ten day trip to Spain in Madrid as my wife and I were headed back to the usa and our son to his town in northern Spain and this hotel was in a great location for the airport and train. We had a room on the 9th floor with an excellent view. The room was extra comfy with excellent beds and pillows. Great choice to end our long journey.

Slightly tricky navigating the road system around the Hotel - lots of one way systems.

We have enjoyed the good quality of breakfast and dinner , the decor, the spacious room, the quiet environment and the nice service.

The hot plate at dinner not being so hot like that.

Reception, room, restaurant, spa - all in very good condition. The room is really comfortable and luxury designed. Smoker rooms available. Location perfect if you have a car. Parking outside Calle30 in front of the hotel for free but directly connected with the highway - 15min in the center by car. Full minibar / a little bit overpriced. So overall suuuuper 3 days - we would have needed more.

The gym is not a gym - its a shame compare to the rest of the hotel. Old and/or very used devices, and only 3 cadrio and 1 tower.

I thought the staff were outstanding in their friendliness and efficiency. The hotel is very comfortable indeed. Cleaning was thorough and in good time and the hotel food - particularly breakfast- was excellent. I have absolutely no complaints about this modern, beautifully decorated and well staffed hotel. I would recommend it wholeheartedly and hope my review is passed on to staff!

We were staying in October and found the walk to the Metro very easy. 20 minutes and with bars and some shops on the way. In full summer that might not be so pleasant but for us the area was ideal as it is near to relatives in the north of the city and to the airport.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Only stayed for one night room only. Just off M-30 and easy to find in car plus was able to park outside hotel on quiet road. Good for a 'Pit-Stop'

In residential area and not much around the hotel. Nearest Metro is some distance away. Really need to use your car/taxi to get anywhere.

On arrival the reception team were fantastic. They got us checked in and once we were ready they helped us out with maps and information on best sights to see. we did not get a chance to thank the team before we left as they had a different team on the desk. we will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family. The room was amazing clean and it was a great touch to see the welcome message left on the tv screen upon entering the room. Many thanks

Staff really friendly. Rooms very clean, towels room clean up done everyday. Free wifi. Extremely good value for the money Good breakfast buffet.

Far away from the nearst metro station about 1 km walk and the hotel does not provide transportation service to the metro station

Although it is four star hotel, regarding services, it doesn't offer such a standard in my opinion. Spa center closed on Sunday, on Saturday open only till 9 pm.

The design and modernity. The cleanliness. The free shuttle service into the city. The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff

The fact that the free shuttle service is not available for airport pick up and return. The inflexibility of being unable to reimburse money for room reserved but not occupied due to illness.

En general bastante completo. Todo Ok, aunque las habitaciones dobles terminadas en decenas de 10 (110,210,310...) son bastante pequeñas.

Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y televisión mal ubicada para poder verla desde la cama.

El trato recibido y la espectacular visión a través del ascensor.

El buffet...17 euros por lo que habia me parece una desfachate.

No me ha gustado el hecho de no tener un área de descanso en caso de llegar antes de las 12h al hotel.

La relacion calidad/precio es sensacional. Mucha facilidad para check in antes de hora y total colaboracion para solucionar problemas de los huespedes. Excepcionalmente recomendable.
