The design and modernity. The cleanliness. The free shuttle service into the city. The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff The fact that the free shuttle service is not available for airport pick up and return. The inflexibility of being unable to reimburse money for room reserved but not occupied due to illness.

The room was clean and spacious. The desk staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions and suggestions. The hotel was much further from where we wanted to be than we thought. We chose the hotel because it had a spa and a hot tub. I have arthritis and needed a good soak. The hot tub was tepid and not at all what we were expecting. The "spa" was a joke. My daughter had a nice massage, but my own experience was not good. In order to use the weight room or steam/hot tub area, you are expected to leave your clothes, etc in a locker for which they charge one Euro to lock it. No thanks? Too bad. You have no choice. We attempted to eat in the dining room one evening, but could not get anyone to pay any attention to us or seat us. We ended up upstairs at the bar to eat. Mediocre food. Expensive drinks. Even the cafe was mediocre. No bueno.

Everything was right about this hotel except for the location. Friendly helpful staff, a splendid new building, clean as a whistle, spacious modern and stylish rooms, spa and gym facilities, a good breakfast buffet, flexible attitude to late check out. Pretty much all you would need of a four star business hotel. The location (several miles up the main north motorway out of the city centre) was unfortunately a taxi ride from anywhere I wanted to be, in a very non-descript residential area of low-rise flats. However that was I guess the trade off for the very good value this hotel offered compared to the conference recommended hotels (even the special conference rates were much more expensive). However taxis are so plentiful in Madrid and quick to arrive even if not sitting outside the hotel, this wasn't a major problem (though the fares do mount up after a while). I believe that an exhibition/congress centre of some sort was nearby (though not within sight as far as I could tell), so it would be the perfect choice if you were taking part in something there, but that was not where my event was.

The location is good, close enough to metro and highway. The hotel lobby is quite modern. Free wifi is a major plus. Rooms have enough space. Value for money was very good for this 4 star hotel. Rooms will need a facelift soon (floor and design). No additional negative points.

The price is excellent for the hotel quality, and the staff was delightful and very helpful. Air condition was set very strong by the cleaning staff, so when you get to the room in the night it's quite cold. Location is not very good either, but I rented a scooter and the weekend was marvellous. It's ten minutes away from the centre by motorbike.

Husa Nuevo Madrid is an excellent hotel ,the staff are very professional, and the room are very confertable and quiet ,i had enjoy my stay in it ,taxi is avalable in front of the hotel , the area is peace and nice to walk the location for the hotel is far from the city center

Het hotel ligt uit het centrum, maar op loopafstand van een metrohalte. Het is een goed hotel, comfortabele kamer en een goede service. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. Daarnaast is het een rustige omgeving.

Relação qualidade/preço Fica distante do centro de Madrid. Tem metro a cerca de 15 min a pé, mas poderão apanhar o autocarro 150 com destino à Puerta del Sol (centro) e a paragem é mais próxima que o metro. O Hotel cobra parque de estacionamento, mas não vale a pena, pois existe estacionamento livre nas redondezas.

El hotel es muy confortable. Está algo alejado del centro pero el excelente servicio y la buena relación calidad -precio compensa que el traslado sea algo más largo. No me gustó que cuando el surtido de bollería del desayuno estaba acabándose, la camarera apartara en un plato las últimas piezas y se las llevara hacia la cocina.

Desayuno SPA abandonado. No funciona nada! Sala gimnasio pequeña No hay wifi en el piso -1 no pudiendo usar aparatos de datos en el gimnasio ni en el desayuno. Las colchas o sobrecamas, están mugrientos. Ducha de la habitación con escasez de agua. Almohadas delgadas e incomodas para un 4* En general, tiene detalles de abandono que con poca inversión y molestia, se podrían mejorar.
