Score from 2745 reviews Excellent
Value, breakfasts, cleanliness.
Bed on the 'too hard' side.
Buena calidad precio.
rude staff, poor ventilation, lack of wine opener, hard bed, big noise the window - huge road near the window,
location was terrible, trash pick up 6am every day all rooms above dumpsters. noisy! no Conciere for any assistance, no TV only 2 news channels, no restaurants nearby. Not the best.
Nice, clean. Good food. It was good we got to visit the spa and gym. Elevator is glass to the lobby - good view.
I didn't like being charged a parking, when tying a bike to a column in the garage. Male staff must be paid double over female - men smile and serve, ladies say si,si - no,no.
Cleanliness of the room and facilities, breakfast buffet, accessibility, Value-for-price.
15 minute drive from Madrid city centre, but that makes for the good price of course.
Very good price and very clean shared bathroom. Good WiFi.
furniture and bed old but fine
We liked the breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful
Blanket between sheets on bed looked old and worn. Top cover and cushions on bed were not clean. Evening meal poor value. No vegetarian option. Veal was tough and chips cold. Also soup cold.
Special service . My departure was pre breakfast so they made a box lunch for me to take away
the room was very clean and for the price of the deal it was very good
the location is a bit of a problem. personally I didn't mind too much but my friend did and I can understand it. there is a metro station about 15 minute walk from the hotel and than it takes about 30-40 minute of traveling in the metro to get to the center of the city. anther problem is that the hotel charges for usage of internet in the lobby. I think this service should be free, especially when the wi fi doesn't always works.
Beauiful building, good facilities, friendly helpful staff.
There was no way to the airport, no shuttle so taxi fare was extremely expensive a cost of close to $50 US. Also no resturants in the area.
All the rest. No air conditioned in the room. Did not operate correctly and was noisy. The TV was broken. the staff only put new bateries in the comand and did not checked the TV set.
The location was perfect as it was so near the train station for my ongoing travel. The hotel was very comfortable and the facilities were excellent.
Add more tv english in the rooms. Also Include sports channels
Very near to the airport. Excellent staff and cafeteria. Windows can be opened. The overall service is extra quality.
Really far from the city center. Wi-Fi coverage and speed is poor.
Clean tidy and good food and great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. For the price I thought it as ms good value for money.
Located in residential area. Not great access for metro. No tea and coffee in the room. (Unless you have a juniors suite.
Every thing is good in this hotel
nice breakfast system. you can choose three different price levels
poor wi fi connection
Fancied a night in Madrid before our booked flight home and looked at the last minute for a hotel near to Chamartin Railway Station, we had a four and a half hour drive and arrived quite late, parking was easy outside the hotel and the guy on check in was ready for our arrival, which was welcomed. Room was lovely and I think the bed was a very firm memory foam type, which we loved. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional for the price we paid and the single lady setting things out was really nice and super efficient. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this hotel again.
No coffee making facilities in the room, but that's just an English thing I think, most normal people go down to the Cafe :-)
Ambience from first step in to the past step out, lots of open space, comfort
Vertigo is not a virtue going up in the elevator...
Everything about it!
Well sized modern rooms Great for business travel - lots of plugs etc. Clean and quiet Good breakfast
