Prime location, easy access to most places. Friendly and very helpful English speaking staff. The worst part of the stay was the extremely tiny bathroom - it was barely 3*3feet in size and once you enter, you could not even move your hands about. My room was also right next to the reception area on the ground floor and adjacent to the shared bathroom. Very thin walls of the room, so I could constantly hear the toilet flush as well as people talking in the reception. Too expensive for such poor facilities.

The only positive thing is the location of the hostel, very central and the staff which is very friendly. Everything in that hostel is very old. It has a very powerful mold smell in the room that turns your stomach upside down, we thought it was something dead under the bed, but it wasn`t, it was ONLY the smell of the walls!!!! The windows were broken, we couldn`t close them, so we prop a chair to close them. The noises were easily heard from the foyer, even if we stayed at the first floor. The electrical system cables were outside the walls, all around the room and making a strange noise, it was unsecured. I don`t recommend this hostel, even if the price was low, but there are also other hostels at the same price and maybe you will have better luck with the accommodation.

Location: in the city center but in a small and quiet alley. Price: The price is very appropriate for the kind of accommodation, plus the breakfast is included. It is not luxery but is very confortable an cozy. Staff: The staff is lovely, very kind and helpful. The doors are not soundproofing, so it's possible to hear some noise from the corridors, specially on the ground floor.

Our 4 day stay was made very enjoyable. The staff taked , helped, and shared some great places. Places to eat and watch free flamenco shows. Loved the cosyiness. All day coffee, tea and fruit was provided. Centrally located to the city activities. Rooms small but cleaned daily. Very relaxed , honest and helpful environment. Would return and am thankful to staff for making our stay enjoyable.

The situation of the Pension was ideal for walking everywhere. The availability of parking was terrible, as it's almost totally pedestianised, hence it took quite a while to find a parking space, which is very frustrating after a long drive. This is not mentioned in the Pension's resume.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Seville, very kind and helpful staff. We woke up and there was a dead cockroach on its back in the bathroom. We reserved a room for 2 people (myself and my husband) and we were given 2 single beds.

Once we found the hotel, we were made very welcome by the staff, who explained everything that we needed to know, in understandable english! As a budget priced hotel, it met all our needs at a very reasonable price. I do not think there was anything that we did not like!

The position of the hotel is very good. The staff was friendly and multilingual. The room was ok and it was cleaned every day. We had a a shared bathroom, but it was ok - there was a bathroom at every floor and you had to wait a little bit to get in in the morning or the evening. The wifi signal is very poor but there was a computer at every floor that you can use if you need acces to internet.

The englishspeaking staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but contained everything we needed. The roof terrace was nice too. Location of this Pensión was excellent - very close to the many shops and bars. Also it's close to the bus station Plaza de Armas. A good price. Free wifi in all hostal. There no elevator, so you should get to other floor by foot with all your luggage.

The lady that greeted us at check-in was very friendly, helpful and made us feel warmly welcomed. Our room was small but contained everything we needed, including much needed air con. The roof terrace was a nice touch too. Location of this Pensión was excellent - very close to the many shops and bars that Sevilla has to offer. Overall an excellent find for such a good price.

- Perfect central location - Quiet - Friendly and helpful staff (English-speaking!) - Good breakfast (toast, cornflakes, ham & cheese, juice) - Nice terrace but with a bad view - Small rooms, not easy to walk around the beds to reach the bathroom - No chair or closet in the room to put stuff in or on - Loud airconditioning – not able to leave on at night --> hot room! - No clothe hanger or hook at the wall to hang jacket - No bedside table - No cold water --> refreshing shower not possible

Friendly staff, location. I stayed in three rooms in total in three nights. room 1 - fine but perched on top of some steps, hard to open door and no internet signal as it was too high up. The staff were happy to move me however, so no problem. Room 2 - I was moved to room 2, next to the front door. Unfortunately you can hear everything in the foyer and as people approach the hotel you can hear everything they say and do, as the windows to the room do not shut fully. So night one in this room resulted in me having only about three hours sleep. As there was noise until about 3AM. On night two I found a cockroach in my shoe and approx thirty minutes later a very large cockroach fell onto my face!!! So I asked to moved again, but this was approx 1am and it took about an hour to arrange another room so again I had very little sleep. When I asked the lady, who I assume is the manager, about a partial refund due to what was overall not a very relaxing stay I was told that I had booked a non refundable deal so was not entitled to any money back. Quite an unprofessional approach I believe as a non refundable deal should not be used as a reason to excuse away cockroaches and noise pollution in a hotel.

friendly staff the room looked nothing like what they advertise: it was an annex on the roof, with no natural light (except for a very small window covered by a map); the towels were dirty; the water deposits running all day/night long were noisy; the electrical system instructions were confusing and we were cold all night (the air conditioning only blew cold air, which we had plenty of in the room already...), we didn't get any sleep. At breakfast in the tiny reception area we had to tell the receptionist there was no clean cups, following which she rushed from behind the reception counter into a small room to wash a few cups for us and other guests, running around a few times to repeat the process every time someone complained there was no clean dishes, and to refill the bread basket. the staff was friendly (and clearly multitasked) - but we would not recommend this place.

Multi lingual staff was very kind. The hotel offered 24 hour machine- operated coffee service and free breakfast and apples in the afternoon. The extra service I really liked was a courtesy telephone that the guests could use for all over the world. The cleaning ladies were really hardworking. The hotel provided only one bath towel each and no other smaller towels. Towels, bedding, furniture are all kind of old but clean. The toiletries provision was minimal. You can hear other guests noise...but all of these can be forgiven due to the warm and kind staff and the price they charge.
