U232 Hotel  

Very clean, good location off the Diagonal. Lots of good restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. There are many 4- star hotels in Barcelona, but this is deserved of its high rank from other travelers. We would stay here again.

Bars of soap (instead of body wash) in the bathrooms would be nice.

Excellent value for money. Large and comfortable room, location just a couple of minutes' walk from the metro station (just 5 stops from Camp Nou :), English speaking staff, very helpful and friendly: will help you find and book anything you want in the city. The room overlooking the back yard was very quiet! Uncounted cafes and bars nearby make it easy if you are looking for breakfast on the go or a nightcap.

The internet connection was rather hectic, couldn't access some websites :(. The housekeeping staff did not refuel the toiletries every day, I had to specifically ask for it or go and grab them myself from the trolley in the corridor.

Top location for a city trip. Room was comfortable and spacious for Barcelona. An Internet Terminal with Printer was also available and free of charge.

Rooms are big,breakfast is really good,wifi is fast and strong,the staff is nice and gentle.

heat/ac was not working really good,the safe was broken and I had to ask many times to open my safe.The fitness center is small poor of machines and equipment,not worthy at all.Although I asked a room in a non smoking floor you can smell that there were smokers on the floor.The room service was bad and I had my rooms made quite late in the afternoon.This is a over prized hotel for what they offer

Friendly staff, easy access to city centre and airport. Nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of LA Rambla in the evening.

It's a little pricey but that might just be Barcelona hotels in general and it was a holiday weekend.

I personally enjoyed the contemporary decor and the excellent breakfast - the lady serving at the bar was very efficient too. All the staff were ready to assist wherever possible and very professional.

Only thing I think was missing was a shower cap??? I may be mistaken - the toiletries provided were excellent.

Nice,clean,elegant,current but not overly modern. Location not bad,only about 5 minute walk from metro station. ( metro in barcelona takes you around cheap: about $10 for 10 trips. You can walk to the main street las ramblas where all the action is if you are in ok shape and are wearing good walking shoes. But metro saves time. And there is a lot to see....so we recommend you walk from the hotel in the morning and take the metro back.) hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were small by american standard but normal for europe. Do not try to have 3 people in 2 person room, there is no extra room.none. Room was facing courtyard and very quiet !!!!!

The hotel is a bit like a diamond in the rough - a great hotel that is about 15/20 minutes walk away from the main attractions, surrounded by some darker streets. We were willing to pay 10 Euro for a taxi ride so we didn't have to walk around in the dark and there are taxi's everywhere! The staff were very friendly and recommended some of the best restaurants we went to in all of Europe! The accommodation was very well priced through booking.com and our room was ready for us early. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are willing and able to walk for 20-30 minutes to get to the main attractions.

Location wasn't great, however this was reflected in the room's very affordable price!

Absence of the restaurant in the hotel. Since all the restaurants around close early it was rather difficult to arrange a late dinner.

Near subway stop, near bus stop. Very quiet. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Very silent. Good room acomodations. Quality vs price is great. Recommended it to everyone.
