In a great location with sea views and just a 10-minute walk from the historic center, this modern hotel has a fabulous breakfast and an outdoor swimming pool.
Score from 893 reviews Very good
Just 300 ft from the Balcón del Mediterráneo Viewpoint, Hotel Lauria is located on Tarragona’s main street, Rambla Nova. It offers an outdoor pool and air conditioned rooms with a balcony.
Score from 780 reviews Good
In Tarragona’s modern district, this hotel offers soundproofed rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. The A-7 highway is just 650 ft away, while the historic center of the city is 10 minutes away....
Score from 1025 reviews Very good
Hostal El Callejón can be found in one of Tarragona’s quieter areas, close to Arrabassada beach and the historic center of town. There is free Wi-Fi and free on site parking.
Score from 411 reviews Good
I spent 2 nights at Nuria during a car trip around Catalunya. Reservation was very easy and worked out well. The hotel is regular, clean and room was confortable, very clean, with a big double bed. It may appear a little bit old fashioned but very confortable. Breakfast was also regular and abundant. There's also a food shop in the hotel but what is better is the supermarket right 500 metres along the road. The beach is just 10 minutes by feet. I was by car and it has been easy to park right in front of the hotel, as it is arriving from highway.
The hotel is almost 2 km from city center so it's a quite good walk for people without car.
Loved the location only 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel has a restaurant and a little shop. There are other eateries nearby. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away if you need supplies. Also a bus nearby to take you into town which is 30 minutes away.
Maybe a lack of a fridge, but it wasn't,t an issue.
The room the balcony were very good for the price paid. Far from the city but just good, excellent if you have a car. No problems to park in the street but I think I was lucky. Pillows were ok cause there was some variety on the closet. Airco took some time to get to the desire temperature.
WIFI was inexisting almost, I didn't care but if you base your relax on this you need to ask for a room near the antenna. Some personnel didn't have many interpersonal skills with customers, I must say I felt the Catalan arrogance/distance that I know from my trips to that part of Spain. The lady at the food store was definitely too arrogant and not only not nice but not even trying to be nice with the guests; put her in the administration and not in a customer facing function!
-Looks like a 4 star + being a 3 star hotel -The breakfast buffet was ok, abundant and with variety. -I got room 305 the view was beautiful, no mosquitos at that height! -Balcony to the sea excellent. -Parking is easy at the street (end of august) -In comparisson with Hostals in the corner without warm water and for a few Euros more don't hesitate and book Nuria straightaway.
Some local personnel have difficulties to smile and forget that they survive thanks to the customer. The lady at the corner food store must work on her customer attitude, smiling, more customer oriented etc.
Easy access to both town and quieter end of beach. Easy parking facilities and 10 minutes from airport. Pleasant staff.
Good location for the beach Staff friendly
Long walk into tarragona Wifi poor
Family room set up excellent giving a family of four plus a possible cot two large rooms and two bathrooms joined by corridor isolated from the rest of the floor. The air con was moderate certainly didint do what it said on the dial! The beds were VERY hard and the free wifi could afford to be as it was shocking! Breakfast was ok but massively overpriced. Handy for the old town bars shops and restaurants, 20 minute stroll. Handy for the beach.
Poor meal facilities on site for evenings. Service on front desk tail of two halves female staff excellent....males need to learn how to multi task. Parking ok if you have a mini.... In fact only if you have a mini! And over priced!
Very close to beach.
Noise from water tanks and little too close to the railway line and the frequent trains.
Good location and cost
Pillows were not the best
Very good location - near to the beach as well as to the historic city centre. Commodious, well equipped and very clean room with balcony.
We would have been happy to have a fridge, safe deposit and bigger rubbish basket in the room.
the room was spacious the room clean and the bathroom good. ours was a last minute booking for one night
the outlook from the back..Railway line between the hotel and the beach. No trains went by.
Easy check in, close to most facilities. Good bed, quiet location. Restaurant attached.
Internet is weak and slow.
Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location. Near to town (public transport) and beaches
the room verry good staff frendly food ok
bath was small
poor internet signal, the bed you could feel the springs coming through
The location and it was easy to park in front of the hotel.
The room was dusty and room walls and doors were so thin that we had to cope with the noisy tourists shouting in the corridor at 6am.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful, speaking a good amount of english to help advise me of travelling out and about. A lovely hotel and walking distance to the beach. A** definately
Very nicely decorated, appeared fairly newly done. On street parking - residential area. Good breakfast available at extra cost.
A fair distance out of town so it was necessary to drive into the centre.
Location, approx 1km from the Roman Amphitheatre. Modern Free parking in of the house
Breakfast is à bit poor
It was very clean and airy. The location was excellent.
Everything was good!
Price is quite reasonable. Good shop with big variety of choice of local wines and food.
A bit nosy sometimes. In front of the hotel is railway road.
The room is spacious and the beds comfortable. Close to the motorway and the town.
Secure car park Simple to find Lift from car park to room Simple check in Friendly staff View from room Balcony
Aircon either not working or turned off Confusion as to what the restaurant served and when. We asked for a menu and were told to choose from the display cabinet. A few minutes later the person on the next table was offered a menu del dia
Room basic style, but clean and acceptable. Lift available to all floors Reception staff helpful, and spoke good English.
The restaurant attached was not run by the hotel, and getting a good evening meal was difficult. The main 3 course meal was only available lunchtime. Little local choice for food, apart from car journey into centre of Tarragona, where there was a good choice.
