The only good things about the hotel is location in lovely town of Calella,no problem with room basic but clean. Poor quality hotel most other hotels still closed so hotel very busy at weekend with influx of Spanish people who's idea of a good time was to turn the hotel into a dirty dunp.Quality of food very poor and hotel could do with more staff when hotel is busy.

Petit déjeuner continental très copieux. Trop de bruit, manque d'insonorisation des chambres. Les femmes de chambres trop bruyantes le matin très tôt (claquement des portes), le personnel qui dessert le petit déjeuner très désagréable. Les chambres ne disposent d'aucun confort, avec une literie très usagée.

Douches van verschillende kamers zijn met elkaar verbonden, je kunt bij elkaar binnen kijken en hebt last van sigarettenlucht van de buren.

Pas grand chose ! L'emplacement proche de la mer Heureusement que nous étions en demi-pension car la nourriture n'est pas bonne. Toujours la même chose pour les crudités, poisson trop cuit, viande de mauvaise qualité, lasagne baignant dans la béchamel et sans viande, fruits pas murs c'est dommage pays producteurs de fruits ! Heureusement que nous n'avons pas payer cher car nous aurions regretter de payer plein pot ! Viennoiseries du matin pas fraîches ! Impossible de dormir convenablement à cause des chiens des maisons environnantes qui aboient de jour comme de nuit ! Le ménage laisse à désirer, moutons sous le lit

De ligging, de privéparking bij het hotel. Het restaurant heeft vele tekortkomingen. Eten vaak niet warm genoeg, moeten wachten eer nieuwe voorraad kwam. Koffiemachine te koud. 's Morgens gauw een kopje moeten nemen, of we hadden er geen meer. Gebruikte borden, kopjes, enz. blijven veel te lang staan. Personeel lijkt niet te kunnen volgen, te laks en/of slechte organisatie.

tout sauf que nous avons changer de chambre la 2 ieme nuit trop de bruit jeune qui boive a l’extérieur et qui rentre a pas d'heure a l’hôtel prestation de l'espace restauration 10/10 personnel et chef de salle 10/10 et chef de cuisine aimable et avenant très bien je pense revenir dans cet hôtel si il y a toujours le même personnel sans bien sur mille excuse le personnel de la réception merci pour votre prestation a l'année prochaine

La possibilite d'avoir un parking fermé et à cote de l'hotel. La gentillesse de tout le personnel. Le non respect du silence la nuit dans les couloirs et certaines chambres.

El personal muy amable y atento. La animación nocturna era bastante entretenida. Tiene 2 piscinas. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja bastante que desear. La calidad de la comida no era buena pero por ese precio se podía esperar. Las bebidas del todo incluido era petróleo, garrafón del bueno. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas.

Als je als 50 plusser in het hotel komt valt je een aantal dingen op Er lagen mensen te slapen in de hal ,later begreep ik waarom . Ze gingen heel de nacht door met feesten zo wel buiten als in het hotel De eerste nacht ben ik om 2 uur gaan klagen , en ze gingen maar door. Als je ging klagen werd het wel erkent maar er werd niets mee gedaan. Uit eindelijk werd er wel gesproken met de jongeren. Het is zo zonde van het hotel want er zit best wel kansen in om een mooi hotel van te maken. Het ligt vlak bij het strand ,een leuk plaatsje ,vlak bij Barcelona. Echt heel jammer

situation dans la ville ses 3 piscines son buffet les animations et surtout la diponibilite et la gentillesse de tout le personnel a l acceuil JANA MARIA et les autres au buffet LUKAS SUZANNA IBRAHIM et les autres aux chambres une dame Marrocaine et les autres le personnel d entretien proximite du parking de l hotel ce que je n ai pas aime c est certains clients a part ça c est tout

le personnel est vraiment a l'ecoute tres sympathique, grand choix de plats lors des repas, la plage et le centre ne sont pas loin de l'hotel dommage que le bar ne soit pas ouvert avec la terasse apres 24h

На ресепшене две русскоязычные девушки, обращайтесь к ним для экономии на экскурсиях. Еда по сравнению с соседними ** и *** .хороша, хотя завтраки скудны. Детская анимация Тонкие стены, расположение на отшибе Калельи.

El personal molt atent I simpatic,durant el dia hi ha moltes activitas d'oci per familias I nens I per joves,per las nits també,amb actuacions ,clases de ball,gincamas,etc,el bufet lliure correcte,les habitacions amb terrasa y bona vista,a mes hi ha tres pisinas,ens ha agradat molt I tornarem ,per que es a prop de Barcelona
