Excellent location, spacious rooms all with sea view, Stayed half board good variation in meals brealfast excellent. Staff freindly and helpful

Most guests all inclusive and didnt leave hotel. Never once got sun bed at pool gave up in the end even though up at 08:00. Hotel did not discourage leaving towels on sun beds by guests who went to the beach in morning. Had to pay for beach beds at 10 euro a day

Customer service was excellent from all staff from reception to the dining room. Carlos on reception was really efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was positive about our experience. The view we had was brilliant and to be able to lie in bed and listen to the sea was very relaxing. Will be returning as soon as we can.

The food could have been better I know it is dificult with a large number of guests I have stayed in other hotels and they manage have a better standard of meals

The location of the hotel with it's proximity to beach, promenade and restaurants is it's stand out feature.

Cannot complain really about anything,however the whole interior while well maintained is tired and badly in need of a refurb/refit.

I thought the buffet restaurant Was fantasic, we spend 3 days with you and the choice of food was great.

We though the entertainment was old fashion, also the bedrooms could do with some updating.

Hotel was in an excellent location right on the beach. Nice pools and all rooms facing the sea although we were given one right at the end of the hotel which did not have sun in the evening although the majority of the rooms did. The bed was really comfortable and it was really nice to have the balcony which looked directly over the sea. The entertainment in the evening was varied although maybe a bit dated.

The room was a little dated and in need of refurbishment, worn carpets etc . The breakfast was good although I have been to less expensive hotels in the area which provided a much better selection and variation than at the hotel. All in all the hotel was really nice but I think I would wait until a renovation to visit again.

Previous reviews on Booking.com and elsewhere have pointed out the tired decor, worn carpets in public areas and poor standard of rooms. I almost cancelled this booking and went elsewhere. Im glad I didnt. Yes the decor is fading and the carpets in public areas are worn somewhat but our room was clean and comfortable. The shower did not work the first night but was repaired without delay the following morning. I would suggest that this is not a 4 star hotel in the condition it is, more 3 but I would recommend it to anyone. The general facilities are very good, excellent location and the staff very polite and helpful.

The general look of the hotel is superb,and the location is excellent,the cove and promenade is at the back of the hotel which is ideal.

The rooms are too small,carpet in the corridors are stink,rooms are dated and need to be upgraded urgently.bathrooms are patched together and need to be finished off better. The shower,tv,sockets,outside light were all broken!!!!

Perfecta localización, en entorno tranquilo y muy bonito.

El hotel ya tiene años y todo en general necesita ser renovado.

El buffet era muy abundante y bueno.

Las habitaciones necesitan reforma,sobre todo los baños,no son de un hotel del cuatro estrellas.
