Nice and helpful staff.
To buy for 5.00 euros a swimming cap to be allowed to use the pool.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool. You can purchase these from the Spa reception. The only down side was the fact that the hotel was a few miles outside of the city centre. Although we did not use the hotel for evening meals there are a few good places around the hotel area. The VIPS down the road from the hotel had a good range to offer and at reasonable prices. |

Immaculately clean room, comfortable bed, excellent service. The masseuse at the spa is fabulous! The steam room at the spa needed a good dose of bleach. |

Down town Madrid, ideally placed for visit of the city. I am personnaly not fan of this kind of old style spanish hotel, if found it not very convenient for business travellers. |

Esta es la 5a ocasion que he llegadoa este hotel. Sin embargo -ahora- me dieron una habitación muy lugubre y excesivamente pequeña. el personal de recepción fue despótico cuanto intenté cambiarme y con la respuesta de "es lo que usted ha pagado" no dieron solución solo me quede 2 noche cambiandome al Hesperia que por unos cuanto euros mas me dieron una habitación excelente por las otras 6 noches. |
