Aparthotel Ogisaka Garden    

This was our 4th stay, and as usual the staff were excellent, good accommodation. Having a small but new and efficient kitchen with washing machine makes the holiday very easy to manage. Always a joy to sit on your own terrace and enjoy a night cap watching the stars.

For the money you could not ask for better than this, staff were friendly, accommodation is fine, the pool is good. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this to others.

We have stayed at the Hotel on at least six occasions and have always found the staff, particularly in reception,very helpful. It is in a good location for the Marina and the town centre.

No kettle in the apartment on three visits and the cleaners often try to carry out their duties quite early in the day, which can be irritating when you are trying to relax on holiday.

The Hotel is spotlessly clean, has great, modern facilities, is quiet and excellently appointed. he had a great time. The staff were attentive, friendly and went out of their way to help. We were fortunate enough to experience the Buffet Restaurant on a Saturday night....Highly recommended. The Spa and Gymnasium is well equiped with knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help. We will be back!

This was the best and perfect hotel we stayed. Staff was very friendly. They made us feel at home, specaiily Mr Abel who went out of his way to please us and everyone in the hotel. I think he is an asset to the Company. We were very pleased with his attention and help. We would definitely come again and stay in the hotel and recoomend to all our friends and family.

A very noise Saturday night function that went on way past 02.00 with lots of small children running about shouting, and banging doors.

Very friendly staff in a well equipped hotel with many facilities.Excellent price/value for all occupants particulary for a family.Have already recommended it to several friends

Lovely apartment. Nice gardens great value for money. Welcome pack including cava was lovely thanks. Nice hot shower. Beautiful gardens. Efficient reception staff. Good location. Well equipped. Nice finishing. Very comfy.

Spa area is fine but sauna isn't made of sauna wood and above the heater has melted and burning plastic has dripped onto the coals and the sauna is toxic. Think its probably dangerous inhaling hot toxic fumes. Not good. Little jacuzzi was fine and pool nice. Not really much atmosphere in it but functional.

the staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. the restaurant is buffet self service and there was plenty of choice and to A high standard. the hotel is well situated for A walk into the centre of denia and also has A beach close by. there is plenty of parking - A nice quiet location.

Excellent level of customer service from reception, housekeeping and catering for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Excellent accommodation for those who prefer a more flexible holiday.

Every where was extremely clean with even the winter blankets smelling of staysoft. Food in the restaurant was upto 5 star standards. The fillet steak with salad and fries €9.00

From the web sightwe thought that the wi-fi was €10.00 per day and we were reluctant to book. When we arrived we were tols that it was free.

I found the staff very helpful and the room to a good standard and in good order.

For the last number of years, we have lived and travelled extensively throughout Spain. We have been self catering, and stayed in many hotels, Casas Rurales, and over a dozen Paradores. I must say that service that we received at the Ogisaka Garden, was the best we have received anywhere in Spain. We arrived a day earlier than we planned and the reception staff did everything they could to accommodate us. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the facilities and food excelllent. All staff encountered were kind and professional. I would like to mention the reception staff in particular, who demonstrated excellent customer service. Nacho, and his colleagues, Toni and Abel provided excellent service and are excellent ambassadors for the company.

Friendly, efficient staff, cleanliness. Lots of facilities, health club etc. Well appointed apartment - I had been travelling for 14 days and was ready for a rest. Terrace cafe with good service and wide ranging menu A perfect place for a family holiday but a car/cycle is needed as it is a 15 / 20 minute walk from the bus station and town centre

The apartment was very well stocked and modern, with a nice lounge and balcony area. Also the bedroom was large and comfortable. Also the staff were very polite and helpful. Also, we thought that the welcome pack of a few essential food items (plus a bottle of Cava) was a very nice touch.

There were two very large trees that totally obscured any view of the pool and the surrounding area (although I understand from the receptionist these are going to be pruned back during the winter months)

The staff were very good, most helpfull. it was nice that the balconies faced into the pool and garden area rather than the road, it was close to the beach and also close to the town centre. it was the first time I have been to Denia and the experience I had with the Ogisaka will definetly make me go back back for a second visit and I will stay at the Ogisaki again.

The breakfast buffet was not to our liking. unless you go down as soon as they dish it up it is cold. The pillows were not very comfortable.

Room facilities are superb. The pools are attractively designed and spacious Parking available just outside entrance Good restaurant facilities Upon arrival we were told that complimentary cava plus milk, coffee and tea had been placed in our room.
