Very helpful staff at the reception, also they checked me in quite early (11am), which was very much appreciated after a sleepless night flight. Great location in a couple minute walk from the beach and taxi stop, while a bus stop was right outside the hotel. Mainly packed with French people, the hotel didn't have any British teens that could be making a lot of noise at night, so it actually felt quiet and peaceful. Food was ok, there always was something enjoyable in the bufet.

They say it has been redecorated, but the carpets in common areas and furniture in the room look really worn out, and I mean it. But it's good value for money, if you're not looking for luxury. 5 times that I had lunch there, they never served gazpacho. I was really dissapointed :)

We booked this hotel for the 24th of june for 5 nights when we arrived we were told that the hotel was overbooked and that we had to stay at the sister hotel nearby. we were allowed to use the facilities of both hotels but would have prefered to stay at the bermudas as the other hotel was used by mostly 18-30 year olds staff helpful but not happy being placed in a hotel we hadnt booked

Food was varied hotel kept nicely clean cannot comment on the room as we were put in its sister hotel close by

Gostei muito do Hotel. Viajei com o meu filho de 4 anos e ha uma boa oferta de actividades para os mais pequenos. O serviço é excelente e como ficamos numa ala nova do Hotel, nao fomos incomodados pelo barulho, quer da rua, quer da animaçao da propria unidade hoteleira. A equipa de animadores é muita activa e existem sempre muitas actividades.Todo o pessoal para além de falar espanhol, fala também frances.

O unico ponto negativo é a qualidade nutricional da comida. Embora haja sempre fruta fresca e muitas saladas o uso de fritos é diario.

Le personnel sympathique , la plage a 2 pas,les buffets bons et varies. La salle de bains de notre chambre était pas très propre( évier , bidet et moisissure sur la fenêtre. L'hotel est situe en face d'un bar 24/24, et les fêtards font parfois du bruit. On devait dormir les fenêtres fermes a cause du bruit. Magaluf est un 2eme Ibiza. C'est le Lieu pour faire la fête.

Primeramente la profesionalidad con la que el Sr.Tony,en la recepción,atendió una inquietud mía. Se suma a ello la variedad de menus y la amabilidad en el Comedor.

L'animazione e la vicinanza alla spiaggia sono I punti di favore per questo hotel....tutto il resto negativo

Ho soggiornato 10 giorni, due adulti con un ragazzo. Il 3 stelle peggiore in cui ho soggiornato. In 10 giorni mi hanno pulito la camera 4 volte e in modo molto frettoloso. Ho dovuto comprare shampoo e saponette perchè a parte il giorno d'ingresso non ne hanno più lasciate, ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica in reception!!! Quando mi sono lamentata per questa situazione mi han detto che avevo ragione... Ma non è cambiato niente! L'asciugapelli in bagno non c'è, se lo vuoi paghi il noleggio.... Nei corridoi e sulle scale tappeti che a dire lerci è a dir poco. La ristorazione tipo mensa: qualitativamente molto scarsa e con poca scelta. Tovaglie e tovaglioli di carta, se quando entravi non c'era il tavolo pronto ti dovevi arrangiare e apparecchiarti la tavola, c'erano sempre tovaglioli di carta e posate appoggiate in bella vista su di un tavolo.... A fine pasto I clienti si alzavano e portavano I piatti sporchi sul carrello, mai vista una cosa del genere in altri ristoranti! Cameriere di sala sembre ingrintate....solo una simpatica. In camera non c'era il telecomando per la tele, non c'era il frigobar...il bagno piccolo e con sanitari antiquati.... Non consiglierei a nessuno quest'hotel!!!

Alla aktiviteter som erbjöds av hotellet varje dag! Sen tyckte jag även om showerna som de hade varje dag på kvällarna. Hotellrummet var fräscht och doftade alltid gott när man gick in genom dörren. Grönsakerna var goda samt automaterna inne i matsalen var väldigt uppskattade. Väldigt positiv energi och jag mår så bra nu efter vistelsen, har faktiskt fortfarande kav mitt armband på handleden som jag fick på hotellet!

Maten var inte alltid bra och det kändes som de försökte göra nått speciellt men det misslyckades ofta. Hade gärna sett mer husmannskost och mer sånt som är typiskt spanskt. Maten hade inte smak vissa gånger, fanns salt och peppar på borden men på andra hotell har inte detta varit något problem.

Gostei da sua localização em relação à praia. Tem uma boa relação qualidade- preço. é um hotel agradável, cómodo e confortável.

O buffet poderia ser melhorado.

Prisen for ophold og beliggenheden.

Personalet kunne næsten kun tale fransk og udvalget af mad var lidt kedeligt.

It was friendly, mostly French which was nice close to the beach.

Nice staff. Room ok. Good service at Bar. Stayed all inclusive. Food ok.Bus stop right outside hotel.

Noise from road at night. Get a room overlooking swimming pool next time.

L'hotel était bien situé, pas loin de Magalluf et de la plage. Le personnel est sympathique.

Les animations n'étaient pas très attractifs, les jeux sont un peu ringards. Les mûrs des chambres trop trop fins : on entendait tout ce que le voisin faisait ....
