for using the tv to pay 5euro deposit.internet only in bar and dining room but the password to pay 10 euros.room facilities very disadvantageous and old.kitchen very small.fridge very noise.bathroom bad bad bad and small

I found the place to be generally clean and well maintained. However, the lifts are in need of updating but all were working ok. We had 2 one bed apartments which were a good size but basic. Showers worked well and bathroom ok. Sink fridge and microwave all worked ok. The main problem was that the beds were too hard. I like a firm bed but this was just a board with a thin matress on top. My bank is still sore now! Shame because everthing else was ok. Did not go in pool but it look clean and inviting with plenty of sun beds around.

Nice simple 3 star hotel cleaning was eratic but due to cleaners more than staff - they should state how system works - ie we slept late one morning = we miss cleaning ???!!! drinks priced too high at bar no wi fi internet nice hotel in good location but simple things would make a lot of people a lot happier

See above plus need to spend some money on table tennis table etc its kjind of hotel that wants too make as much as it can from guests beyond what they have paid to stay cleaners need to get it right so guests need to know routine and expectation but in general nice hotel in good location for a quiet holiday - its not magaluf... its a high price area thnaks

Lovly staff very clean everywhere only complaint would be a large tree that needs to be removed as it completely blocks the view from one end of the apartment block especially if you are on any of first three floors and a couple of proper english channels on telly as bbc world news on a loop does not appeal

Reasonable accommodation in an expensive resort. Large rooms, adequately cleaned. Very good air conditioning

Restaurant was small and busy and we did not always get offered drinks! The hotel lifts were not good...always at least one out of order, there were only three in the building anyway. We were on the 7th floor so using the stairs was not an option.

Was not too sure what to expect on arrival. The staff were very friendly and most accomodating. The room was clean with fresh towels every 2nd/3rd day. Was on a 1/2 board basis & the food for b/feast & eve meal was very satisfactory, Had a car and used the hotel as a base from where to explore the Island, therefore did not spend any time at the pool, but families with young kids appeared to have enjoyed themselves. Bar etc closed at 12 midnight, hence no drunkeness and noise associated etc. Overall our stay was pleasant and exceeded our expectations.

Quiet area. Convenient for travel by car in the area of ​​Palma.

Beach far away. Room requires little maintenance. Uncomfortable shower with a small bathroom.

This hotel is a great find in an area which hotels are normally very expensive, is clean very central to Portals Nous and is clean. There are a lot of family's staying but very little noise. Has a good size pool with entertainment for children. The room I had had a kitchen, good bed, the air con did not work but was not a problem as had the balcony door open at night. Great views of the sea, I would stay again

I booked this hotel as it was quite cheap and for its price it's fine, the room consisted a bedroom and a living room which even had a kitchen.

No wifi, location is bad. It is not close to anything. We had to take buses to go to the beach, to the city center, to the cathedral, to everywhere. The bus system works quite well in Palma and the price for the bus is not expensive, but I really would like to be close to something either to the city center or to the beach, but I guess for the price I payed it's normal.
